Twelve Monkeys (12 Monkeys)
Brilliant film by Terry Gilliam. I've seen 12 Monkeys a few times now (not tired of it yet) and it still makes me spend the whole day or so after chewing it over - great story. The ending always makes me cry. Good cast too I'm not a Brad Pitt fan but he's great in this. Five stars for this one! :D

The Lion King
The Lion King has it all really: brilliant animation, amazing soundtrack (who can resist singing animals :P), a proper story, we have a tale of friendship, revenge, love etc something to take notice of. Every time I watch it it's still as fresh as my first viewing in the cinema upon the release. Would have got 5/5 but for that part involving Simba's Father, you know, gets me every time :'(

Shrek (2001,  PG)
Shrek
Magical and fun are good words for Shrek. Very hard to find fault with the film. Has a great story, (it's really good how they incorporate all those fairy tale characters) animation, soundtrack, everything. I've seen Shrek 2 and even though it probably has more characters and more story, Shrek 1 still is my favourite.

Shrek: Ogres are like onions.
Donkey: They stink?
Shrek: Yes. No.
Donkey: Oh, they make you cry.
Shrek: No.
Donkey: Oh, you leave em out in the sun, they get all brown, start sproutin' little white hairs.
Shrek: NO. Layers. Onions have layers. Ogres have layers. Onions have layers. You get it? We both have layers.
[sighs]
Donkey: Oh, you both have layers. Oh. You know, not everybody like onions. :D

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre - The Next Generation (The Return of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre)
One of those that is not that good but for some reason you enjoy anyway. I was a little lost in some parts having only ever seen the 1st Texas Chainsaw Massacre and can't really remember all that much. I have to say Matthew McConaughey, Renée Zellweger, and Leatherface in a dress were my highlights. All in all, it's a bit of horror silliness (quite funny at times) with a not bad cast, maybe don't expect too much but if you like this sort of thing you might enjoy.
