This movie feature some great shoot-outs but thats about it,overall it bored me. Even the gorgeous Timothy Olyphant could not save it. Its a thumbs down from me,i will stick to the game.
My favorite bit was when we saw the two gamers playing Hitman in the hotel room,it was a brief but enjoyable moment.
This movie is well made and the acting is really good but its not the kind of movie i am interested in and i only watched it because my husband was watching it. One scene kept me interested for a few minutes but the rest of the movie bored me.
The story and plot is boring,i think the movie goes in too many different directions and it would of been better if they had just stuck to the one simple storyline of the guy befriending the old lady. I tried to warm to the characters but they were so wooden that it didnt happen.
I think i am being very kind by giving this movie 2 stars. It was very slow, you could halve the movie and it would still make sense because most of the scenes were pointless. The story would be a good one for a show like Medium but for a movie it just did not work. Also the acting from Lexa Doig was unbearable, her facial expressions were comical and she was forever doing weird things with her eyes. Also Lexa was playing a character who was suppose to be in their mid 20s when in real life she was in her mid 30s and it showed but in the movie there is reference to how young she looks, yeah right!
I love Cinderella but this movie was predictable, rushed and boring. The characters were bland and Cinderella seemed like a right smug bitch. The songs were also a big let down, they sounded like songs i would make up whilst cleaning "wash the dish, dry the dish, put the dish away la laa laaaa",well at least i wont be humming them in my head for days.
The Hide is about two men in a birdwatchers hide, one an avid birdwatcher and the other a stranger covered in blood. The story is boring and the end was very predicatable and obvious from the start of the movie. There was little tension, everything that happened was expected. I am surprised that many viewers on IMDB were shocked by the ending and the twist(what twist? surely they saw it coming). One thing i have learnt from watching this movie is that if i had the choice of being trapped in a small wooden shed with either Michael Myers or a birdwatcher i would opt for Michael,at least my death would be quick rather than dying of boredom listening to some idiot ramble on about the different noises that birds make.

This movie was so slow that i struggled to keep my eyes open.....torture. This movie was way too long, dull, not scary and it lacked logic. The first half is boring and the second half is stupid,it was still watchable though.
Sara Rue plays a character called Courtney who attends a prestigious boarding school where her best friend Laurel hangs herself in the room at the end of the hall. 17 years later Courtney, who is now a famous writer, returns to the school after accepting a teaching position. Soon strange things start to happen and Courtney begins to see her dead friend.
Predictable and boring. Watchable but only if there is nothing else to watch
I pretty much decided this film was boring within the first five minutes of watching it so perhaps it never stood a chance with me. By the time i was twenty minutes into it i was confused and didnt have a clue at what was going on or who was who,i simply didnt care.
I am not a fan of James Bond movies but i did manage to stay awake for most of this one so i score it 2 points which puts it on my Snoozefest list. This is a good score from me because Bond movies normally get 0.5 stars. However if this movie had a storyline i completely missed it or it went over my head.
I was told Bug was a horror/thriller but i found it to be more of a psychological drama. The movie doesnt really go anywhere, its quite boring and would of made a much better short film but instead it goes on and on without getting better. Excuse the pun but the characters bugged me. My mind kept wandering and by the end i was left wondering if i could recreate the tin foil and light room,it looked groovy and space-like (in the end i decided i did not have enough tin foil).
I love fantasy movies but The Spiderwick Chronicles was a miss for me. Mostly i found it boring but a few others things ruined it for me too. I didnt like the actor Freddie Highmore, who played the twins, his acting skills are terrible and i get annoyed just by looking at him. Also the plot was nothing special but i think the most terrible thing about the movie was the small creature who resembled a short fat ugly old penis,Thimbletack,i detested him.
Forgetting Sarah Marshall is forgettable and boring with dull Easter egg (hollow) unlikeable characters (with one exception) and a weak storyline. However i did enjoy the final Dracula puppet scene and Mula Kunis (the exception) was very cute and likeable.
10,000 B.C. looks and has the potential to be great but it was just boring. I felt like it failed to hit the spot, the story was average and nothing particularly interesting happened. There was no chemistry between the D'Leh and Evolet and every character was dull,no one seemed to have a personality. Overall i think i am being very kind giving this movie 2.5 stars.
Is it a movie about a bank job or one about the horrors of war? Both together just did not work. Overall it was average but it could of been a great deal better with a few changes.
Another impressive dvd cover to a not very impressive movie. Average acting, below average special effects, storyline so so. Overall boring. Took 3 attempts to watch it,kept falling asleep.
Well i thought i was in for a treat,Clive Owen and Danny Dyer both in the same movie........well no it was more like a trick,i was tricked into watching it lol.
Overall it was all a bit twee for me and come on the storyline was rather dull
Firstly i would just like to say that Jessica Alba was crappy, her acting is bloody awful.
Well Awake made me fall asleep several times during the first hour,i was forever rewinding to watch the bits i had missed whilst i had been snoozing. It was a short movie, slow in parts but oddly rushed. The storyline was predictable and reminded me of Murder She Wrote. The main characters talking out of his body reminded me of Look Who's Talking, freaky BUT 64 minutes into the movie it kind of picked up and suddenly i felt for Lena Olins character, pity there was only 14 minutes left.
I am shocked to say i did not enjoy Battle Royale, dont get me wrong its not a bad movie it was just rather boring,i felt like i had seen it all before (exploding necklaces Wedlock 1991 Rutger Hauer). Even the gore scenes were unimpressive, boring infact.
Horton Hears A Who did not work for me,i think i would of enjoyed it more if it had been filmed the same as The Grinch and Cat In The Hat using real people rather than animation.
The Mummy: Tomb Of The Dragon Emperor - SnoozzzzzZZZZZZZZe! - 2.5 stars.
Okay its not the most boring movie in the world but compared to the first two movies it was a poor offering,no wonder Rachel passed her part on to Maria.
This movie is really difficult for me to rate....its a good movie, well made but....it was a really unpleasant movie, boring in parts.....and i didnt like the characters, well some were okay but i didnt feel for them. The wedding was nice though, fab cake! It reminded me of Margot At The Wedding, same kind of conflicts and same unlikeable characters and both movies gave off unpleasant vibes.
Well i was hoping for a vampire version of Shaun Of The Dead but what i got was a short unfunny movie that was dull and boring.
87 minutes of nothingness. Plus was it my ears or was there something really wrong with the sound? It was really unbalanced. Not funny, not scary, not good.
Recommended by DrLappos but it was a little too late because i had already had the displeasure of watching it.....bad times.
Franklyn was visually stunning and full of mystery but sadly it was also uninteresting and disappointingly bland. It started off quite confusing (okay this might be my fault,i should of read the dvd cover) then it slips into not so confusing just boring so you sit there watching it thinking "ooo something really good is going to happen soon" and you wait and wait and then its the final scene and you are like "Oh....that....was....it....". I cant believe it was only on for 98 minutes,it felt more like 3 hours. The characters are also not very interesting and i didnt really like any of them.
Recommended not to bother with by DrLappos, sadly i had already tortured myself by watching it the day before.
I normally love Zooey Deschanels characters and i am captivated watching her but she sucked in this movie. The storyline is pretty pointless, the conversations and dramatic moments are pointless, the ending is pointless....you can see where i am going with this. Its a flat and slow movie, one that after watching i wished i hadnt.
Dolphs family murdered - 6 years later a girl is kidnapped by the same people who murdered his family - Dolph goes to rescue the girl and get revenge.....zzzzzz!
Some good battle scenes especially one involving a baby but it was otherwise pretty boring. Also although i managed myself to keep up with the subtitles the other people i watched it with struggled and kept having to rewind and pause to read them especially at the start of the movie.
Steve Zahn plays Mike the son of motel owners who works nights managing the motel and filling up the cereal machines, one day Sue (Jennifer Aniston) checks in and Mike falls in love with her....what follows is a very dull, very slow and very boring rom-com thats trying hard not to be a rom-com. There is no chemistry between Mike and Sue,the relationship is unconvincing. This was one to miss.
The acting is pretty awful,Justin Chatwin gets a big thumbs down. Its also quite boring and i forgot that James Marsters was in it,he must of been the mean green thing.
The info on the Sky + Planner said this was a fantasy movie so i was watching it waiting for.....well.....some fantasy, clearly after watching this movie i realise this information was wrong, even a few minutes before the end i was thinking,is something magical going to happen? Is the lead character actually an angel? But no. It was a nice drama but very slow and terribly boring in parts.
Difficult to rate,i cant decide if it was utter rubbish, boring or okay. It was not an horror movie but it was not funny either...it was kind of pointless and full of nothingness.
