Sam Raimi returns to horror with a horror film that relies on what you don't see is scarier, plus adding in some gross out gags that made Raimi popular. I can boldly say that this was the best horror film I have seen in years. See it and tell your friends.

I knew you were serious. I wish I liked DRAG ME TO HELL as much as you did but it was such a disappointment to me. I wrote a review on amazon in response to a friend's review explaining why. It was just so derivitive. The only laugh I got was more of a snort really and that was when he referenced EVIL DEAD 2 with the double eyeball joke. The whole ending was just warmed over CURSE OF THE DEMON and I saw that coming as soon as they made a point of showing us that the button and the coin were the same size and both in the same kind of envelope. I've seen too many movies. He's gotta do better than that for me. I love the guy but I wanted EVIL DEAD 2--something I hadn't seen before. This would have been a great movie coming from some hack but not from Sam Raimi.
