Beginning with the late 70's re-invention of the Hong Kong blockbuster that coincided with the rise of the "Three Dragons" (Chan, Hung and Yuen), this list takes in the major milestones of the following decade and a half, up until the exodus of talent to the West which occured in the mid '90s, the effect of which upon HK cinema was notable.
