A very touching yet taboo kinda movie. True stroy about Marie-Louise Giraud who was guillotined during WWII in Nazi occupied France for peforming over 20 something abortions. Im not going to write a full review as I should, for the fact that everyone's views are different and I don't want to offend anyone. |

Life Is Beautiful (La Vita è bella) (1998, PG-13)
If I could rate this any higher I would. Everyone needs to see this. Charming story of a father who tries to play a "game" with his son. All the while they are locked in a concentration camp. Throughout the film you see Benigni trying to make light of the situation and make his son as comfortable as possible. and also find his wife (who volunteers to go). Very sad and poignant moments. It changed my perspective on how I view things in life, it might just change yours. |
