The Dead Girl (2006, R)
Having not received many reviews or recommendations for this film, I thought it was sure to be a very average film and yet I was pleasantly surprised, it?s definitely my type of film. |

The Sixth Sense (1999, PG-13)
One of the greatest twists ever! Just remembering back to when I watched this for the very first time ? the ending was brilliant and everything suddenly makes sense. Even as a re-watch, knowing what?s to come, the film was created in such a way that almost every angle was covered. If you look hard enough and analyse everything you will come up with some flaws, but it?s such an enjoyable and clever film, the flaws are just not important. |

About a Boy (2002, PG-13)
A quirky film with some great characters. Toni Collette can look so different from one film to the next. This is certainly one of my favourite Hugh Grant films, as he?s slightly less typecast in this film than most of his others. There is a really nice underlying message to this film. |

Like Minds (Murderous Intent) (2006, PG-13)
Not your usual kind of murder mystery, it was a little slow moving, but really had depth to it and was really an interesting story, in an ?Inspector Morse? style investigation. |

Toni Collette is someone to me, who has grown hugely as an Actress, which I never would have guessed could happen at the beginning of her career. With some great performances, I'm looking forward to working through the rest of her filmography.
