Adulthood (2008,  Unrated)
Adulthood
Written and Directed by Noel Clarke, this sequel to Kidulthood isn?t quite so fast moving as, yet it builds up nicely to a climatic ending.

Based on revenge, the follow up film cleverly flips the coin on whose side you are rooting for and maintains the gritty, realism of the urban youth of Britain today.

Incidentally for those watching this as Danny Dyer film, there may be some disappointment as his appearance is little more than a cameo role.

Outlaw (2007,  R)
Outlaw
A great gritty British vengeance film, where vigilantes take a stand against the bullies in society.

Just when I thought Sean Bean was past his prime, he pulls off a part that suits him really well.
3
The All Together (2007,  Unrated)
4
Severance (2006,  R)
Severance
This film started out very promising. It has a humouous quality that worked well in several scenes and there were some great characters.
5
The Business (2005,  Unrated)
The Business
Danny Dyer was made for roles like this. It?s a harsh lesson to the quick rise and fall of an underworld lifestyle, perhaps glamourised a little too much, but a pretty good watch all the same.

There are some great characters created here, in typical Brit crime to Spain fashion.

If you are easily offended by bad language, you may wish to avoid as this film really has quite a lot.
6
The Great Ecstasy of Robert Carmichael (2005,  Unrated)
7
The Football Factory (2004,  R)
The Football Factory
If I?m honest (and this will sound like I am stating the obvious here) Football hooliganism is very much all this film is about. It offers no moral to the story, like many of the films in this genre, but a very realistic view of what goes on behind the scenes of the game.

We?re used to seeing Danny Dyer in films containing violence and paired up again with Director Nick Love, this film had the potential to be the film of all Football Hooligan films to me. Now I know I'm a Woman and not quite in my teens any more, but anyone who knows me, knows that I prefer lad movies and don't shy away from the violent ones, it was a watchable film, but didn't haven't anything great about it.
8
Wasp (2003,  Unrated)
9
Second Generation (2003,  Unrated)
10
Borstal Boy (2002,  Unrated)
Borstal Boy
I think the average fan of Danny Dyer, may be a little disappointed with this film as he doesn?t play his stereotypical type of role. Performance-wise, it was a good surprise that the Actor wasn?t typecast, however it lacked any major excitement.

Goodbye Charlie Bright (2001,  Unrated)
Goodbye Charlie Bright
Nick Love?s ?Goodbye Charlie Bright? has all the trademarks associated with the British Director. The film manages to create a tale of friendship within a tough area, where crime and violence is a given. The film builds up the characters in the first half and begins to come alive in the second. Enjoyable performances from Paul Nichols and Roland Manookian.

High Heels and Low Lifes (2001,  R)

Is Harry on the Boat? (2001,  Unrated)

Human Traffic (2000,  R)
Human Traffic
If you're a raver/clubber from the 90's then I'm sure you'll relate to this film

Greenfingers (2000,  R)
Greenfingers
Clive Owen, Helen Mirren, Danny Dyer, Warren Clarke ? sounds like a pretty good line up of Actors, yet this story is so ridiculous, it has to be true!! Having only caught the film just a little way in, there was hope that this could turn into a pretty good film, unfortunately that wasn't the case and I have to say, I can't believe that such a cast would have associated themselves with such a silly film, this should have been a one off TV Drama.
