The Movie Hero (Frame of Mind) (2003, Unrated)
Fun "superhero" movie with a spoofish feel. Sisto, believes that he has an "audience" and that Stormare is his arch nemesis. His "antics" lead him to Meyer's who is his court appointed psychiatrist. The movie tries for a deeper meaning, with it possible that the "audience" is the soul or maybe the connection to god. Interesting movie overall, good for a lazy day. |

The Cell (2000, R)
Im not a huge JLo fan, but this is my favorite movie of hers. Its a great surreal fantasy movie. There's alot of assumptions made here and there which for anal retentatives is going to drive them crazy. I just loved the amazing dream sequences. Probably couldn't have been written better here and there and extended the dream sequences, but overall I truly enjoyed the movie, even if its just for the surreal tidbits. |
