a flawed masterpiece of pretentious, fascinating philosophical wankery. The philosophy stuff is nothign special - interesting but those kinds of topics are better to discuss in a natural conversation than to watch someone talking about them on a movie. And the political stuff - we've heard it all before, though it does have good wisdom in it. But some of it, especially the stuff about dreams, is damn interesting and makes the film worthwhile. (By the way, don't expect a plot). |
