Some Came Running (1959, Unrated)
There's a stereotype that all movies from the 50's are all Idealized portraits of great and politically correct the decade was and while there were a few like that the best and most memorable ones showed the decade was anything but that. Some came running is a prime example and if that weren't enough it probably is one of the best uses cinemascope and color of that whole decade. |
