awaiting review

Very basic humour had me wondering why I was bothering to watch this tripe and/or why anyone would bother making it.

Too much bad computer graphic work in this flic for me. Action aplenty but way too over the top.
Kinda made me wish one of those explosions took care of the whole set.

This is very well acted but to my mind it's just more supposition about who Jack the Ripper really could have been.

Sexy cool. How else can I describe this. The tale is pretty thin on the ground but I like the work done by Theron and the Kiwi boy made good, Csokas.
You'll be up for it if you like either of these actors or you're a sci-fi buff.

A well acted thriller that has some good tension written into the story. I've heard before that criminal stalkers often need recognition and that's what this flic is all about.
Not bad at all.

A teen girl flic for sure but some good work done but Curtis and Lohan none the less.
Perhaps it's very unbelievable but I doubt it's meant to be a think piece.

A little too hard to digest for me and I've never been a fan of Lawrence's comedy. Too try hard for me.

Take all the makings of a good fairy tale and throw them into the dark ages of a foreign land. Nothing to sink your teeth into but some nice work and well acted too.

Fairly suspenseful I must admit but not the best of this genre that's for sure.
I would have expected the victim to be more frightened and the cops to be more proficient -same old problems.

I'm sorry but I thought this was another terrible waste of celluloid. The into calls it hilarious but I couldn't see any hilarity. All a bit silly and painful if you ask me.

Based on histroy of course this is a good story and well told. Blanchett's work is always good and this hasn't missed that mark either.

Silly? Sure but this boysterous teen flic has all the makings of a good night in for the lads.
Grab some beers and make this one of the 1/2 dozen choices to watch. Easy laughs.

Sexy cool again. I love the idea of this superhero of days gone by.
As the story progresses we find out more of the hero's past and why he's so good at what he does.
Exciting stuff.

I did like this film. It may have been because it was set in New Zealand in the era of my own childhood and I saw so many objects that reminded me of my own homelife, or it could have been because it was a simply told tale of complex childhood emotions.
It's all about kids but definitely not for them.
