<b>Actress:</b> Julia Roberts

I loved this film a lot. There are several reasons for this. They are because it stars my two out of three favourite actresses Julia Roberts and Natalie Portman. They are both gorgeous in this film as they both always are. Clive Owen is my second favourite British actor. The performance from Julia Roberts was really good but could have been a bit better, Jude Laws was ok. He acted a bit soft towards his character. Natalie Portman deserved her Oscar nomination in this film. She should have won because she was so good but the best from the whole film is Clive Owen because Clive played this character that was sick in the head about sex but a character that we really felt sorry for aswell. This is a film that all four characters are muddled up and end getting heart broken like all of them do. There is Anna who is portrayed by Julia Roberts, Dan is portrayed by Jude Law, Alice is portrayed by Natalie Portman and Larry is portrayed by Clive Owen. The strongest character is definitely Larry because he is a doctor who is like a pervert and uses women as pleasures. He marries Anna and then hooks up with Alice when Anna wants to leave him. There are times in the film when Dan is with both Anna and Alice and there is Larry who ends up with both of them aswell. This film has tons of sexual humour and a lot of sexual actions that are used in the script of this film. The script of this film is one of the best scripts that I have listened to of all time. This looks like a teenage film but it isnt one at all. That was the impression I got at first of this film. Despite the fact that this film is quite depressing this film is also quite funny aswell because some awkward and uneasy events occur in this film. This is definitely one of the best films of 2004.

I loved this film. This is a typical romantic film where there are two completely different types of people that fall in love with each other. Richard Gere was brilliant in this film. I love Julia Roberts in Erin Brockovich and Closer but love her even more after watching this film. I am a huge fan. She is my 4th favourite actress. I think she is the only actress who could have pulled off the hooker character Vivian Ward.

This is an amazing British romantic comedy. This film is typical Julia Roberts. Also a typical romantic film. An actress who ends up falling in love with a ordinary man who is a big fan of hers who works in a bookshop. My favourite actress Julia Roberts is brilliant in this film. She portrays Anna Scott very very well and so does Hugh Grant as William Thacker. They both deserved their Golden Globe nominated performances. I adored this film but I prefer her in Pretty Woman. I am not keen on romantic films but after watching this film Julia Roberts has got me into watching more of them. I wasnt that keen on Hugh Grant before but after watching this film I am going to start to watch some of his film. I have watched Four Weddings And A Funeral. This is a pleasure for anybody who loves romance.

One of best films of 2000. Julia Roberts deserved her Oscar for her performance as Erin Brockovich. She is such a charming actress. Probably an actress that nearly every male thinks is very attractive (and that includes me). I don?t think this deserved to win Best Picture. Albert Finney and Aaron Eckhart was brilliant in this film aswell. The story was very good.

This was a very good film. Awesome performance from favourite actress Julia Roberts and the rest of the cast were awesome in this film aswell. The plot is quite good but there are like three stories about three teenagers. This is a typical romantic comedy with alot of class and alot of typical teenage humour. One of Julia Roberts best films.

I thought this film was good but I expected more from Julia Roberts and Tom Hanks. My favourite actor and actress. Not one of best of either actors. Phillip Seymour Hoffman was brilliant in his Oscar nominated performance. In a way I am quite glad that this film wasnt a nomination for Best Picture. I was confused that this was a Golden Globe nomination for Best comedy or musical and it is neither. It is a drama film.

Pretty crap film.
