1
The Dark Knight (2008,  PG-13)
The Dark Knight
I have seen this film 12 times in the theater and don't even know how many on DVD, and it never loses its splendor.
2
Spider-Man 2 (2004,  PG-13)
Spider-Man 2
May be Sam Raimi's best film ever! Even better than 'Evil Dead II'. Here comes the fans behind me with a knife.
3
Iron Man (2008,  PG-13)
Iron Man
Robert Downey Jr. IS Tony Stark. This factor among others makes this film in the top 3 of 2008 and the top 20 of summer movies.
4
Batman Begins (2005,  PG-13)
Batman Begins
A very nice reboot that satisfied me although the length and Batman's growly over the top voice did get to me after a while.
5
Watchmen (2009,  R)
Watchmen
A great film adaptation that fell behind the wayside for less smart films. If you managed to understand the wonder and dark world of the Watchmen, then I don't need to convince you of how good It was. To the other 98% that didn't see it, you need to see it ASAP.
6
X2 (2003,  PG-13)
7
Sin City (2005,  R)
8
V for Vendetta (2006,  R)
9
Wanted (2008,  R)
10
Hellboy II: The Golden Army (Hellboy 2) (2008,  PG-13)
11
Hellboy (2004,  PG-13)
12
Spider-Man (2002,  PG-13)
13
X-Men (2000,  PG-13)
14
300 (2007,  R)
15
Batman (1989,  PG-13)
Batman
Some will always argue that this film is the best in the series, but I personally liked Batman Returns more. Batman, however is still a very enjoyable film and my in my top 5 favorite Tim Burton movies.
16
Batman Returns (1992,  PG-13)
Batman Returns
Some may find this Batman film too dark and strange compared to others, but isn't that what Batman (and not to metion Tim Burton) is all about anyway?
17
Batman Gotham Knight (2008,  Unrated)
Batman Gotham Knight
Very interesting film that uses the Animatrix as its inspiration.
18
Blade II (Blade 2) (2002,  R)
19
From Hell (2001,  R)
20
Batman Forever (1995,  PG-13)
Batman Forever
I gotta be honest in that this was the first Batman film that I saw, which might be why I enjoy it more than others, but I am not without my nitpicks of the film.
21
Blade (1998,  R)
22
The Punisher (2004,  R)
23
Daredevil (2003,  PG-13)
