Pan's Labyrinth (El Laberinto del Fauno) 4.5 Stars
This is the first non english movie I have ever watched, I almost turned it off when I realised much too my lack of reading that it was non english throughout the movie but stuck it out for awhile and discovered it was not that annoying after all! I'm glad I did because the movie is just so beautiful. I recommend it to all!

Wildflower (1991,  PG-13)
Wildflower 4.5 Stars
Holy crap Patricia Arquette is good in this movie, so is Reese. This movie really opened up my eyes to how deaf people must think and feel. Patricia is so beautiful in this movie, her acting is fantastic and unless I had never heard or seen from her before I really would have thought she was deaf. How this was not a cinema movie blows my mind.

Aaron Eckhart is so awesome in this movie. I really enjoyed it. I especially liked the parts where the three "evil" friends meet up and discuss their jobs etc. This movie was quirky and funny, I recommend it to everyone!

Marie Antoinette (2006,  PG-13)
Marie Antoinette 4.0 Stars
I simply love this movie because of it's soundtrack, costumes, settings and Kirsten. The story was interesting too though and I got a bit of a history lesson out of it. Also, a lot of people weren't impressed with the movie because of it's lack of detail to the history of the King and Queen but the point of the movie was only to show Antoinette and her feelings etc.

Before Night Falls (2000,  R)
Before Night Falls 4.5 Stars
One night bored I decided to check out what was on the World Movies channel on Foxtel and it said that it had a cameo by Johnny Depp, so I assumed it would be worth watching.. and it was! Really quite interesting. I'm growing fond of subtitled movies. The story line was great. Sometimes I was furious, sometimes I laughed, sometimes I cried. Definitely watch this. Also I learned a bit of history watching this.

Threesome (1994,  R)
Threesome 4.5 Stars
I found this movie fascinatig. The whole explorati0on of threesome relationships is something you don't often see in movies and it was a bold move considering it was made in the early '90s. The three leading characters are terrific. I found myself laughing out loud many times in this movie. It's something you just have to watch!

A Girl Like Me: The Gwen Araujo Story 4.0 Stars
This movie was really touching and definitely worth seeing. Looking on imdb.com I can see not many people have seen it at all, which is a shame because the actor of Gwen/Eddie is so fantastic! More people would understand transgender people if they saw this, I know I learned something.

I havent seen too many "old" movies, so I didn't know what to expect when I saw this but I was very surprised. It was quite entertaining, although it didn't thrill or scare me one ounce, it was still good.

Being John Malkovich 4.0 Stars
Well, this is possibly one of the weirdest movies I have ever seen, not what I was expecting. John Cusack delivers a good performance as usual and Cameron Diaz doesn't do too bad herself. Definitely worth watching, it's a bit of a mind boggling movie actually.
