Tombstone (1993, R)
Another Wyatt Earp movie, but rather full of more action sequence than the Kevin Costner's version; which was base more of a documentary point of view. |

Wyatt Earp (1994, PG-13)
I historical point of view from young man to the leaguin Marshal of our US time. Kevin Costner plays the role of the struggling cowboy to find his entire family a place to call home, and bit by bit he begins to fall into his calling of a US Marshal. Full of a wonderful cast. such as Dennis Quaid who portrays the famous Doc Holiday. |

Maverick (1994, PG)
One of the best modern westerns made. Goes from gun slinging, poker playing, and a bit of trouble for our friend Maverick, played by Mel Gibson. James Garner, who was in the origonal TV show, appears as a gun slinger and a man of the law of poker playing. Jodie Foster, with her little Mel Gibson so very well. |

Man in the Wilderness (1971, PG)
One of the most interesting and dramatic roles I have seen Richard Harris in. Left for dead, Harris travels across the country side to find the man who left him alone to die, and through his journey witnesses both death and life through his own eyes on other people. What drives this man to the end to keep going? Reminded me of the Tom Hanks film, CAST AWAY, but with a different setting. |
