Soooo slow... I still hate Kangana's acting (if we can call that acting) and watched the movie only for Emraan and the songs...

Good subject, good cast and good performances

I had no idea what this movie was about and was pleasantly surprised... except for a few incoherences towards the end, I thought this movie was interesting, well directed and the main actor does a good job... but I recommend, if you are planning to watch this movie, not to read the synopsis in advance!

Not bad... nothing new in the story as it was inspired by the american movie "Two for the money"... the cast is not as powerful as the original version but Emraan does a good job... the songs are great and the ending as I expected it

Ajay & Kajol are both great actors so the emotion was there, the story is original and the music was good.

Nice, fresh and funny...

Terrorism is a subject presented in more and more movies but what I liked in this one is that you get to really know the state of mind of the terrorist... The subject is greatly dealt with, the casting is good (Anil Kappor, Shefali Shah and Anurag Sinha are very convincing and a special plus for the grandfather's character) and the songs go perfectly...

Saw only the beginning, didn't like it, and don't want to see more...

Nothing original in the story, i didn't like the actresses and i don't like the songs... so the stars i'm giving are only for Kunal (hot & sexy) and his great performance... i already knew he was a great actor but i'm pleasantly surprised that he can also dance and fight... he will definitely be the next Superstar!

The theme of this movie is interesting, the story is quite original for a hindi movie, it's very well directed and the songs fit well. The minus point for me is that the begining is too long and I don't find Darsheel cute at all.
But overall a good family movie and of course ........... Aamir rocks!

I finally saw this movie, after so much anticipation and ................... I LOVED IT!!!
I don't know why it wasn't a hit in India because it has all the ingredients of a good entertaining movie... and the big plus point is Madhuri of course :)... ok, i'm not totally objective cause she's been my favorite actress forever but this movie proves one more time that she is the best dancer that Bollywood industry's ever had... and i was pleasantly surprised by the rest of the cast.
So if you like Madhuri, if you like the songs and dancing sequences of hindi movies, and if you don't mind a little romance, this movie is a Must See!

I was pleasantly surprised by this movie in which Soha Ali Khan does an outstanding job!

Innovative concept... The stories I liked the most were Rice Plate and Pooranmashi but Zahir, Gubbare, Strangers In The Night and Matrimony were also interesting.

Awsome! Very entertaining movie, with great comedy, some romance, some drama and great songs... The story was not so original but the cinematography was amazing and the casting was perfect : Shreyas is cool, Arjun's 70s look is wow, Kiron is a great mother and Deepika is promising. There's so much to say but to sum up, go watch it and you'll have a great time!
One minus : Deewangi song is missing my favorite Madhuri!

Fun movie, good casting, many hilarious scenes (it's great to see Kunal in a new genre)... but too long towards the end.

Great movie dealing with serious issues... I was craving to see it and it went up to my expectations.
Good story, nice songs and... really good debut performance for Muzamil. Such a role is not easy for a first movie and he delivered it greatly. He is handsome and talented... i'm a fan!

Nothing original with the story which a copy of american movie Hitch... Govinda's acting is great and his chemistry with Sallu works well... The actors look good especially Lara Dutta who i usually don't like but who looks beautiful in this movie... but the best part of the movie are the songs : Fantastic!
and great effort by Sallu on the dancing :)

Nothing original in the story but good to see SRK in a different genre and the girls casting was good.

This movie was not bad but it was also not as good as I expected it to be... yes, the cinematography was fantastic, the songs were great (but I would have liked the song Mahiya better if it took place in a club) and Emraan's acting is really what kept me watching...... but I feel that the story was not so original, just set in a different surrounding.
Still, I enjoyed watching the movie but one time is enough.

Impressive casting for this true story based movie... greatly directed and well performed, especially by Vivek who is perfect as Maya!

This movie was a little too slow for me...

This movie is a no no for me... Nothing special in the story. You can see that they shooted this movie a long time ago by the actors look but you also see that they were missing sequences so these were shot recently... and what's up with Bipasha's voice, why is she dubbed?

Another must see Bhandarkar movie... he really is great at portraying real india with simplicity.
The subject is original, the cinematography is superb and the casting is perfect... Kunal is doing such a great job as Silsila (soooo sexy), he is just getting better and better in each movie and I hope we will see him more and more!
I'm just taking half a star away because of the ending that was too abrupt.

After hearing so many critics (good & bad), I have finally seen this movie and here is my opinion...
Yes, I felt it was too long, some stories were stretching too much wile others were too short (I wanted to see more of Sohail & Isha, they were hilarious!).
The timing for the songs was not always right (except for "Ya rabba").
Everyone but Priyanka acted well (sorry but I find her irritating and wish they put someone like Shilpa instead) and the emotion came when it was due.
Sallu had the best look, John & Vidya's story was the most touching and it was good to see Govinda.
I liked this movie but I think it could have been better.

5 stars because it couldn't have been better. The story is simple yet amazingly told, the casting is perfect, Amrita & Sahid make such a cute couple, the songs come at the right time... I don't believe this kind of love still exists in our modern time but this movie is just a Perfect Fairy Tale!

Ok movie, I didn't find anything special in the story except the subject of remarriage of a widow. The cast was ok, Salman made me laugh, John didn't appear much and Rani was really average (i'm tired of seeing her cry and she doesn't move me at all). Big B was good as always but I've seen better movies of him (Baghban, Viruddh or Black just to name a few).
I had heard a lot of good critics but was a little disappointed...

Original Story, very well performed by both female protagonists. And Shreyas was very funny, true to himself. Nagesh Kukunoor makes another great movie after Iqbal and he also appears in this one.

This indian adaptation of Shakespeare's "Othello" is well directed with the perfect cast: Ajay really is Omi, Landga is the best vilain character Saif has played so far and Viveik makes a really cute Kesu. Bipasha is dazzling, especially in her item number "beedi"... This movie will certainly win many awards

hmmm, well o well, I don't know where to start... I can understand why many people loved this movie but i'm not one of them. I'm not a fan of this kind of stunts and there were many incoherences in the story for me. All Priyanka does in the first half is scream and Hrithik looks better when his body's not so built. But, this movie is a good attempt to compete with the Hollywood superproductions.

This remake of the original DON by Amitabh was too similar with the only difference being the special effects... the original was already just average for me so this one is below average.
The stars i'm giving is only for Kareena's item song where she looked stunning!

Great concept but I felt that the story fell a little short, I was expecting to see Bipasha's character really fight against the big bosses. However, I like her business look and her performance was good.

This is a very bad attempt to make an adventure movie, it could have been much better if the story was more focused on the mystery solving than the fights. The songs aren't good either and Sameera Reddy's character is useless. The stars i'm giving are only for Vivek who was funny at times, but this was definitely not his best choice of movie... everyone makes mistakes!

Shiney was ok but not great and I really can't understand what's so special about Kangana, her acting seemed very week to me and all she does in Gangster and here is smoke, drink, walk barefeet in the street and be depressed... but even at that she didn't move me. Much awaited movie from my part, cause I had seen the trailer for a long time. The story was really good except for the first half hour, Salman's performance was great but I didn't quite like Shilpa's character (her reactions were really stupid sometimes)

Well, for sure it was not for the story which was a series of incoherences and nonsences... and not for the characters either because these were pretty dumb...

So why did they make that movie? I believe it was only from an aesthetic point of view... to show how indians can also walk around with almost no clothes on, how good their bodies look because they workout all the time and how much they've mastered in spectacular stunts and slow motion shots...

This second opus is a real disgrace to the first movie that was so much more!

This movie is a good mix of comedy, drama and adrenaline rush. So much happens in so little time, two lives are completely turned upside down in only two hours. The confrontation between Nana Patekar & John Abraham is awesome, the songs are great and the city of Mumbai where it all takes place is a character by itself. One minus: I hated the ending...

I finally saw this movie and it was worth the wait.
Patriotism has been a common subject to many hini movies but this story was completely original. I really liked the parallel between the memoirs of the old revolutionaries and the new generation awakening to similar issues. The casting is fresh and well chosen, the songs are powerful... go watch it!

Great movie denouncing the hard reality of show business, how much fame's world is based on appearance and how fake it can be. The story is told with simplicity and Konkona does a wonderful job for her first movie.

I don't remember much of this movie but Salman was quite good at playing a mental patient.

Even tough this is a remake of a Korean movie, it's worth watching. The duo Sanjay Dutt / John Abraham works perfectly and Sanjay Gupta brings a new style to Indian Cinema with this very dark atmosphere. Only two critics: Sanjay's wig is no good and I personally didn't like the end.

Fun movie to watch on Divali, I laughed a lot on Sunny's visions and flashbacks.

This movie is a must see, it makes you open your eyes on a subject you rarely think about but which has become a real problem since Internet has been created.
Kunal is back after so many years and he has grown into a really good actor, Amrita Sing does a great job playing a vilain, and Emraan is just perfect as Ali.

A classic of comedy, remake of "Boeing-Boeing", with an electric duo Akshay Kumar / John Abraham working together for the first time. This movie puts me in a bright mood everytime I watch it... especially John's facial expressions. Shot in beautiful Mauritius, it also has great songs so go watch it!

This movie was ok, the twist in the story at the end is cool, some of the songs are good, I mainly watched it for Abhishek.

Vivek Oberoi ventures in a new style and with a new look. He personifies an epic romantic hero and does a great job. The story is good, the songs are great and the cinematography is beautiful...

I can't believe this movie was so bad especially when we see the casting it had (I'm not talking about the actresses).
The story was original and Ajay Devgan's character was great but for the rest, I cannot say much...
This movie could have been much better if the suspense didn't only depend on the background score.
My rating is mainly for the songs and Ajay.

This movie isn't bad and Kareena & Akshay do a great job but I wasn't convinced by Priyanka's performance. Great songs.

This movie is about the quest and struggle of a young man to find a meaning for his life.
It may not sound very attrative for a movie plot but the story is greatly told and revolves around the Kargil War. Therefore the action will please the male audience, and there is of course the right amount of romance to satisfy the female audience.
All in all, this movie is a good watch for everyone.

I had heard a lot about this movie and finally saw it. Sallu's new look is quite funny, the story is not bad but there are some big incoherences toward the end.

After portraying a Gangster in "Company", Vivek is back as an aspiring police officer who fights injustice and corruption in the Police Department and he delivers a powerful performance.

Series of short ghost stories with a variety of stars. The main plot surrounding all these stories has some suspence but I personally didn't like the ending. But still a good one-time watch.

This is a remake of the american movie "Frech Kiss" with Meg Ryan but it's nice to see Kajol & Ajay Devgan together in a movie.

Rangeela is one of my favorite hindi movies. It shows the backstage of the film industry, the songs are fantastic and put on screen with great choreographies. And Aamir Khan's performance as Munna is memorable!

First movie where I saw Madhuri Dixit... I was just a little girl and after seeing her dance performance in "Ek do teen", she became my favorite actress, which she still is... and according to me she is also the best dancer!

A classic of Hindi Cinema. Great story, great songs, great casting: Amjad Khan and Sanjeev Kumar are perfect as Gabbar and Thakhur, and the duo Dharmendra/Amitabh is wondeful, with their respective wives to be as heroines... A must see!
