Campy Fun/Excessive Cheese!

This was so cheesy! I loved every minute of it! Even the little details of the film are amusing. The lead character is a detective in New York, who is originally from Sicily, and he, along with the entire New York cast (including the president of the United States), speaks only German. I was laughing the entire time! What a perfectly fucked up film! I was only disappointed by the fact that the killer condoms weren't from outer space. I had anticipated them being a hostile alien race coming to Earth to ensure the destruction of mankind. Still highly entertaining though! What more can you expect from Troma, right?!

If you were to tell me you didn't enjoy this film I would not believe you. It's not just a "Priscilla" rip-off! It's funny and has a good heart. Plus it's amusing to see Patrick Swayze and Wesley Snipes in drag!

Best musical ever created? I think so! It always brings a smile to my face.

I love this movie to death! It really does have everything going for it. This is the prime example of how horror films should be made. Up the humour! Up the gore! Forget trying to scare the audience.

There really was no need for a sequel, but I'm sure glad they made it anyway. This one is slightly better than the first.

For entertainment purposes, this film is bloody brilliant! The cheese factor and all of the comic book-turned-movie clichés made it that much more fun! And though he's not the greatest actor in the world, I do have a soft spot for Nicolas Cage.

Complete cheese, but what else are you going to watch at 7AM on a Saturday morning? I enjoyed it.

I heard some pretty awful things said about this, but I decided to watch it anyway. Personally, I thought it was hysterical! The humour is not for everyone though.

Say what you will, but I happen to love it! I liked the reference to Ed Wood's "Glen or Glenda" - Hilarious!

This was exactly what I wanted it to be! A mindless slasher flick with some super cheesy moments! Just like the good ol' days! It's not meant to be scary or intelligent. Just fun! Everyone's brain needs a rest every now and again! The slasher genre should be proud of this lovely little addition! There should be more gay slasher flicks anyway!

PATTY S. and Sam Elliot! Yes! Well, this has to be one of my biggest guilty pleasures! It's a real "manly" film, but with an actual story, an excellent soundtrack, and some fabulous '80s cheese! Not to mention, Jeff Healey, who fronts the band that serves as the Double Deuce's main act nearly every night!

I remember thinking Road House was one of the best films in the world when I was a kid! I also had a thing for Patrick Swayze films. No idea why, but whenever a new movie came out with him in it, I was there! Anyway, I knew I loved Road House when I was a child, but I couldn't seem to remember all of the details, so I decided to re-watch it last week. And honestly, I still think it's brilliant! I know I should be shot for saying that, but I really do love this movie! The dialog is stunning! Road House gives us some of the cheesiest lines known to man! Some notable ones include: "The Double Douche", "Come on, chicken dick", and my personal favourite, "I fuck guys like you in prison!" There is without a doubt some slight homoeroticism to Road House. Everybody is aware of it, but the fact that they try so hard to ignore it, makes this movie even more amusing!

If you don't take it too seriously, Road House can be an excellent film! It's not a "oh my God, this film just changed my life" type of movie, but it's highly entertaining!

Total guilty pleasure! I have always wished for a third Conan.

Well, if it isn't another classic horror movie. Freddy is one of my favourite horror villains.

I honestly couldn't stop laughing! It was so unbelievably cheesy! What a ghastly film!

I had absolutely no desire to watch this, and expected it to bomb big time. The only reason I did see it was because it was free on my television. To be honest, it wasn't nearly as awful as I had imagined. A mindless, entertaining flick aimed directly at teenagers. Sure, at times it became rather cheesy, and the acting was quite bad, but I still did enjoy it. It's definitely one of those "so bad it's good" movies. It really reminded me of a David DeCoteau film, only with a much larger budget.

Clearly not Cronenberg's best, but a fine film nonetheless. Granted, the acting was dreadful.

David Cronenberg is one of the most original filmmakers on the face of the planet!
