The Immigrant (A Modern Columbus) (Broke) (Hello U.S.A.) (The New World) (1917,  Unrated)
The Immigrant (A Modern Columbus) (Broke) (Hello U.S.A.) (The New World)
Only Chaplin could make so much out of a scene with merely a coin, a hole in his pocket and an angry waiter

The Kid
Not my favorite Chaplin, but still an amazing piece of work. The chemistry between Chaplin and Coogan is phenomenal. The dream sequence at the end is a little much.

Fantastic 2 reeler by Chaplin. The brick gag is hilarious.

Classic Chaplin

The Circus
Probably the funniest of Chaplin's films (but not the best) I've seen
50
City Lights (1931,  Unrated)
City Lights
How can this film not win you over? The final shot is so powerful and so endearing...it reminds us what a true genius Chaplin was.
51
Modern Times (1936,  Unrated)
Modern Times
Not my favorite Chaplin, but well worth checking out for the roller skating sequence alone.

Not so much a story as a series of loosely connected sketches

The Great Dictator (1940,  G)
53
Limelight (1952,  G)
54
A King in New York (1957,  G)
