I'm not sure how they got away with putting this on screen,it was dull and boring,I kept waiting for it to get 'started'.I'm pretty sure C.S Lewis would have come back to haunt everyone for butchering his classic tale.

I finally had a chance to watch this one last night and after all the waiting was thoroughly disapointed.
It's one of those times when you first start watching it you think: "this is bound to get better".........but unfortunately I was still sitting there 45 minutes into it and could no longer figure out why I was still sitting there!
With that off my chest it's easy to see why it was so bad,first ,it felt rushed,second,Nicole Kidman just didn't fit in to this movie!?......bad casting right off the bat!
The plot wasn't bad,all things considered-I love the whole journey/adventure stuff so in that sence it was Ok.
I'm beginning to think that some directors need to really consider when bringing a book to the big screen,especially one such as this that has the potential to be a good flick if thought out before hand.
