Just in time for Halloween! Scary, cheesy, suspenseful, laughable, edgy, corny, a little bit of everything. Halloween's a great time to watch movies.

House of Usher (The Fall of the House of Usher)
Great performance by Vincent Price. Not very true to the original Poe story, but entertaining in its own right.

Night Must Fall
Interesting character study/"thriller" with two of my favorite classic movie actors. More of a psychological drama, it really doesn't go anywhere; this in itself is kind of a surprise and a relief. At a certain point in the film, one kind of loses the expectation of cliched suspense and realize it's just about these two characters' psyches. Unusual and worth seeing, even with its faults.
