Caddyshack (1980, R)
This movie always amazes me for its time. A great cast and a great and funny story. Very funny humor. The added gopher was a great touch to give the movie some more comedy. Bill Murray and Chevy Chase had problems with each other before this movie and they learned to work together for this film. Including the great improve scenes they did together. Rodney Dangerfield was also a nice added touch to the film and since it was rated R they allowed him to be a bit nastier. This movie has everything. |

Back to the Future (1985, PG)
Great movie and great cast. The concept of the whole movie was amazing. Plus the little things they put into it really made it original. Like using a delorean as a time machine. Having terrorists. Going back to the past. The movie was done so well, it is hard to pick apart scenes that you don't like. For extra amusement, get the DVD and watch some of the outtakes. |

Groundhog Day (1993, PG)
This movie has to be watched at least 3 times a year. It is the type of movie you never get tired of. It is comes on TV you always end up watching it. Bill Murray was amazing in this movie and he got to do a lot of improve. The rest of the cast was nice too. After awhile you really feel his pain of living the same day over and over again. |

Beetle Juice (Beetlejuice) (1988, PG)
This is always a must for the Halloween season. Michael Keaton did an amazing job as this character turning the film into a cult classic. I believe Baldwin and Davis got their start in this film too. Not their first film, but the one they really got noticed in. I love the funny horror feel to this film. |

Fast Times At Ridgemont High (1982, R)
A classic movie in itself. With a classic scene by Phoebe Cates. This is a movie that Sean Penn looks back on and says, "what the hell was I thinking". Seriously, he won't even put this on his "movies I did list". But I really enjoyed his character and some of the others. It was a good movie thought overall. |

Say Anything... (1989, PG-13)
The 80's had some problems with there movies. But not this one. This was was pretty good. Then there is the classic scene where he holds up the boom box. But you can see that from the box art. But overall it was a classic love story to show you how far someone will go for love. Great performance by Cusack. |
