Porky's (1982, R)
I saw this on friends profile and couldn't believe I didn't have it on my favorites list. I think I saw this for the first time maybe when I was 10 or 11...with my Mom. I remember at the mens laundry scene where the Sex in the City chick is getting it with a jock strap stuffed in her mouth to try and stop the howling. I asked my Mom, "Why is she howling? What's with the jock? Doesn't that smell? Can't he shut her up?" She wished she was the guy hiding behind the mat in the gym she was laughing so hard...anyway, I's all growed up now and can still laugh my butt off through this movie. Scene in the principals office is priceless. |

The Breakfast Club (1985, R)
Definitely a favorite movie - this may have been the most watched and quoted movie of the 80's. So many funny parts. My 18 YO sister got me into this movie when I was 10 and it certainly made an impression on me. Didn't know what the whole "taping the butt cheeks together" thing was all about. Or why it would hurt...or how Ally Sheedy made it snow by shaking out her hair. Loved Paul Gleason as the hard ass teacher that seemed to be a real dick. As I get older I find myself saying/noticing punk ass kids a lot! Hard to believe I am actually sympathetic to the character now. I think I am going to start using the |

Ghost Town (2008, PG-13)
Rickey Gervais is great in this movie. He has a fairly unique comedic style that works very well in this movie. In other words, his portrayal of a smart ass prick is spot on. He hates having to deal with people, talk to people, or do anything that may inconvenience himself (which he lets out through smart ass comments). Through the course of this movie, Dr. Pinkass (Gervais) experiences a tragic event and now has the ability to see ghosts. When said ghosts notice he can see them, they plague his every moment trying to get him to help them (including Cameron from Ferris Bueller - who looks ancient - you people are getting old!). Well, through ghostly intervention, he goes ga-ga for his ghostly buddies widow (Tea leoni - well who wouldn't?), who wouldn't you know it, lives directly below him. Anyway, if it means anything to you I laughed hard in just about every scene. Be sure to watch the outtakes on the DVD too. |

Happy Gilmore (1996, PG-13)
Now you're gonna get it Bobbie! Absolutely hilarious. Sandler takes the strange concept of a everyday guy that tried to stab people with his hockey skates and turns Happy's unusual hockey swing power and translates it into a golf swing resulting in 450 yard drives (That's pretty far!). Mentored by a one handed Apollo Creed and opposed by SuperDouche Shooter McGavin, Happy joins the pro tour and treats the golf course as his own personal hockey rink - showing up on sportscenter ranting and swearing bleeping bag of monkey bleep!. All of Sandlers croneys show up in bit parts to round out the comedy. O'Doyal Rules! |

National Lampoon's European Vacation (1985, PG-13)
This one was not as well received as the first but I sure liked it. Since this came out when I was ten, a couple of friends of mine and I were discussing which boobs were the first we had ever seen i.e. taken our breast virginity, (henceforward to be know as boobginity). It was between |

Terminator Salvation (2009, PG-13)
Wow, I really enjoyed this. Special effects and action scenes were absolutely fantastic. It really was a treat for the eyes and senses. The story line had a few holes based on what was established in the first movies and the Resistance was WAY too well equipped. I was iffy on wether Bale would be a decent John Conner, but he does alright. The main focus and actually the better story was following Marcus (Sam Worthington) and Kyle Reese. The Kate character (BD Howard) was given the preggers and in the kitchen role in this movie and you barely see her which is probably good as she was annoying in 3... Again, Major guns and explosions and gigatic robots blowing stuff to smithereenies! Now I think I will go look at pictures of Moon Bloodgood. |

Moving (1988, R)
Randy Quaid as the next door neighbor with the 6am jet engine lawnmower and other antics encourages Richard Pryor to sell his house and MOVE on up like George & Weezy. Follows the antics and problems he runs into trying to move all their stuff from one city to another. Hiring Dana Carvey to drive his SAAB, the moving company, Great stuff! Stacey Dash is in this one as well as her first role....WHAT Stacey Dash posed nude in Aug, 2006 Playboy? Anyone have that back issue? Another one I need to rewatch now. |

Shaun of the Dead (2004, R)
Pretty dang funny movie. Simon Pegg is genius in most of the flicks I see him in. Nick Frost reminds me of my college roommates. All he needed is a huge mixing bowl filled with frosted flakes and a gallon of milk, eating it with a long handled wooden spoon, sitting in his boxers watching Looney Tunes. |

National Lampoon's Van Wilder (Party Liaison) (2002, R)
Still laugh out loud funny! Maybe because I still have a 13 year olds mentality and think hooker fart jokes, cock pumps, and bulldog mastrubation are funny! I am also into employing positive reinforcement while teaching & wish topless tutors were around when I was in college...and there are at least 3 scenes where you get that fantastically unique feeling where you are stuck between gagging and laughing till you cry. Any movie that can make you sick and laugh at the same time should hold a special place in your heart. |

My Name Is Bruce (2007, R)
If you have watched and enjoyed the Evil Dead series, Army of Darkness, Briscoe County, Jr., Bubba Ho Tep, or enjoyed the smart ass comedy shown from Cambell in his cameos in the Spiderman movies... This is a movie you won't want to miss. |

Bill Cosby: Himself (1982, PG)
Man! I watched this on my old man's stolen HBO when I was 8 and every time it came on for years. I still do the old quotes "Dad, Chocolate cake behind you!" that makes the GF look at me and shake her head and call me a dork. Come on! This is classic comedy! No swearing, no violence. And you all probably know this was the basis for starting the Cosby show. |

Fired Up (2009, PG-13)
Absolutely hiliarious! Of course you would have to suspend belief that any of this would really happen, but a great cast of characters, hot young cheerleaders, and smart ass jokes make this movie good. Lots of good one liners. I put it on par with Superbad or American Pie. If you like these types of movies, you will love this. |

The Ugly Truth (2009, R)
As chick flicks go, this one was actually pretty good and rather funny I have read some of the reviews on this and many of the critics, er... I guess it would be better to call them "critical-maybe-wanna-be schlubs which do not get paid for their idiotic reasoning and astoundingly bad writing skills", ahem, the "critics" write of chemistry between the leads of King Leonidas and the chick from Greys Anatomy. (and isn't Butler always Leonidas in everything you see? I kept expecting him to kick the gay doctor in the chest and yell, (with spit), 'THIS IS SPARTA! Men do not like CATS! ' and make the wuss pee down his leg). |
