The tale finds the disillusioned industrial heir Bruce Wayne, in the wake of his parents' murder, traveling the world to seek the means to fight injustice and turn fear against those who prey on the fearful. He returns to Gotham and unveils his alter-ego: Batman, a masked crusader who uses his strength, intellect and an array of high tech deceptions to fight the sinister forces that threaten the city.
Review:
After Joel Schumacher killed my favorite superhero with Batman e Robin in 1997,i felt dissapointed for the disrespect of the Dark Knight´s true image and i was missing the dark and tortured hero that is still here for almost 70 years since his creation. When i heard that a new Batman movie was being made,i was very happy to see my hero back into the big screen but this time showing how Bruce Wayne becomes the Dark Knight of Gotham City.
Batman Begins is an amazing movie and a masterpiece as well. This movie truly honors the legacy of Batman and shows how the Batman should be represented in the big screen for all his fans(including myself). There are no words to describe how proud i am of this amazing and wonderfull movie.
Christian Bale is absolutely amazing as Batman /Bruce Wayne.Bale is indeed a great choice to the role because he is used to play phsycological characters as Patrick Bateman of American Phsyco.Bale makes Bruce Wayne a believable and tortured person but also he makes Batman a darker, intense and scary character as well.It was easy for him to follow the footsteps of Michael Keaton.Bale was oustanding and he IS Batman at my opinion.I loved Liam Nesson as Ducard. He was very important on Bruce´s training.Liam Neeson is one of best actors ever and this is one of the best roles of his career but i was shocked when he revealed himself as Ras Al Ghul, one of Batman´s greatest enemies.Sir Michael Caine was oustanding as Alfred,Gary Oldman was even better as Jim Gordon and also a realistic character and Morgan Freeman was great as he usually is.Cilian Murphy was freaking scary as the Scarecrow. He was a great villain.Katie Holmes was very lame as Rachel Dawes.I like Maggie Gyllenhall more then her.
Christopher Nolan is one of the most brilliant directors around today. He brought back the Batman back:dark, tortured and believable, just like Tim Burton did at 1989 but Nolan gave a more urban and realistic vision to Batman and all the characters but maintaining the dark enviroment and respecting the spirit of the comics.
As much i love the Dark Knight,Batman Begins is an oustanding masterpiece and Batman is now reborned and back when he belongs.I hope to see more of my favorite superhero in the big screen.Thank you,Nolan and Bale.

Review:
Wow,man. What a huge way on bringing for the first time on the big screen one of the coolest Marvel superheroes of all time. When i first heard of Iron Man movie,i was so happy but at the same time afraid of killing the character but thank god, that didn´t happen.Iron Man is such a fun movie to watch and is more than just a blockbuster movie. Is one of the best movies ever made and an enjoyable ride for the audience.
Robert Downey Jr.is absolutely amazing as Tony Stark aka Iron Man.He´s a great choice because he makes Tony such a sarcastic and funny guy but at the same time troubled and tortured.I really love the scene where Tony makes the armor and the hilarious tests as well.I couldn´t imagine this movie without Robert Downey Jr. because no other actor could make Tony Stark very realistic like Downey does. What a comeback for this fantastic actor and i hope to see more from him.Jeff Bridges was amazing as well as Obadiah Stane. He makes Stane a egomaniac and sadistic villain even when he puts the Iron Monger armor he is such a menace.I also liked Gwyneth Paltrow as Pepper Potts(god, she was so sexy)and Terence Howard as Jim Rhodes was great.
Jon Favreau´s direction is absolutely fantastic. He makes such a entertaining and funny movie on keeping the action and comedy together and the visual effects are spectacular, specially the scenes where Iron Man flies.
Iron Man is one of the best movies ever made and also one of the coolest comic book adaptations ever made along The Dark Knight and Sin City. While i m waiting for the sequel,I will not get tired of this spectacular rollercoaster that will please all the comic book fans.

Review:
Flash Gordon is one of the most iconic characters of the history of comics, being a inspiration of future sci fi movies like George Lucas s Star Wars.I know Flash of the comics and cartoons and i loved the visual of the world of Flash Gordon created by legendary comic artist Alex Raymond.I first watched this film when i was a kid and i absolutely loved(unlike some people).Sure it s campy, sure the effects aren t that great but who cares man?Flash Gordon is one fun film and preety nostalgic aswell. It s a great adaptation of the savior of the universe,Flash Gordon.
Sam J.Jones is great as Flash Gordon and embodies the legendary character very well.Jones is perfect for Flash because he s good looking,he s tough,he s brave but at the same time vulnerable.Becoming savior of the universe is something he wasn t expect but Flash realizes that he s the unverse s only hope.If they make a remake of this film,i hope they choose Chris Pine for Flash Gordon.Melody Anderson was great as Dale Arden and she and Flash have a great chemistry.Dale maybe the typical lady in distress but she s preety tough too.Max Von Sydow dominates the movie as Ming the Merciless, the emperor of Mongo.Ming is so evil and dangerous and he won t let a puny human like Flash Gordon take him down.
Mike Hodges s direction was decent and fun but the best thing of the movie is the spectacular soundtrack by the legendary Queen, giving a incredible energy to the film.I always get goosebumps when i hear the title song.It s so awesome.
Flash Gordon is a classic of science fiction and a great representation of Alex Raymond s creation. If you like old sci fi movies, then watch Flash Gordon and i hope they make a good remake out of this.
