influential to sci fi, some hate it, others a masterpiece, i just think it looks fantastic, new technics discovered, george lucas loved it, no 2001 possibly no starwars, thats all you need to say really |

only now watching this properly, saw bits as a kid, the groundbreaking film, that leads the way in computer affects during the 80s, and of course playing on the popularity of the 80s arcade craze, as jeff goldblum gets zapped into a game whjere a real world exists, and must fight for his life while getting what he needs to stop it all, some great affects here, yes they look dated and crappy at times, but for its time, it was cutting edge, and with tron 2.0 coming out in a couple of years continuing the story, its a great time to watch this 80s classic |

enjoyable, but typical hollywood mush, silly concept, but oddly entertaining, berry looks stunning, and comes off well, but giovanni ribisi, is actor to watch here, the chief suspect for purpose of film, exellent to watch, willis does his willis thing, his dmirk on show, just roll with it, dont expect to much, a brainless sat night kinda film |
