Ye yan (Legend of the Black Scorpion) (The Banquet) (2006,  Unrated)
Ye yan (Legend of the Black Scorpion) (The Banquet)
Daniel Wu looks so pretty with long hair, he plays the Prince Wu Luan. Wu Luan went into solitude with acting and music after his father took little Wan for himself, that pervert! But when His Uncle killed his father and married Wan himself, she sent her warriors to bring him home unknowingly that even the Emperor's assassins are out to kill prince Wu Luan. This film is full of passion and betrayal and revenge. Beautiful scenery and colors, costumes, armors and hair dressing. It's a personal favorite!

The Twins Effect 2 (Chin gei bin 2: Fa dou daai jin)
Hilarious until the end. Keeps me laughing, it's just so silly. Those twins need a serious spanking. TSK!

New Police Story (San ging chaat goo si) (2006,  R)
New Police Story (San ging chaat goo si)
New Police Story makes for a real tear jerker! I feel for these characters and especially Jackie Chan as the police. Nicholas Tse is a wonderful and sweet character and plays as an encouraging sidekick. Daniel Wu is excellent at playing the angsty, pissed off, rebellious teen who hates cops because his father has abused him since he was a child.

Gen-X Cops (Dak ging san yan lui) (1999,  R)
Gen-X Cops (Dak ging san yan lui)
Exciting to watch! Especially with favorite actors like Daniel Wu and Nicholas Tse. they kick ass in this action packed movie that is both funny and serious at the same time. I just loved it!

Cop on a Mission (2001,  Unrated)
Cop on a Mission
Cop on a Mission is an excellent movie of a good cop turned Yukaza. This movie was so good I had to buy it just for the Daniel Wu shower scenes! (drools) Talk about naked and hot.

Chin bui but dzui (Drink-Drank-Drunk)
I love Driunk Drank Drunk for the simple reason it's romantic and funny. Daniel Wu is so hilarious and cute as a drunk! I'll take him to my place anytime. (laugh)

Sun jaat si mui (Love Undercover)
Romantic comedy at its finest. I got to really enjoy this film and look forward to seeing Love Undercover 2. Daniel Wu plays a really handsome and generous Triad member who falls for a female undercover cop. It has it hilarious moments and lots sweetness. Gimme Love!

Gong yuan 2000 AD (2000 AD)
2000 A.D. is an exciting aerial flick with great deal of drama and chases. Good action and characters. I liked this a lot, didn't think I would, to be honest. Excellent!

Beauty and the Breast (2002,  Unrated)
Beauty and the Breast
I love this hilarious, romantic film. Daniel Wu and his friend at one point grow breasts and it is the best part of the movie. Too hilarious! Oh my gosh!
12
The Peeping (2002,  G)
The Peeping
The peeping is an explotation film. Not surprising it gets such low ratings for boring political crap, it really isn't an exciting or that good of a film. Reason I really liked it is due all to Daniel Wu's sexiness. (laugh) I just love watching him watch others. It's like my own Peep Show. Funny.
13
Devil Face, Angel Heart (2002,  Unrated)
Devil Face, Angel Heart
Devil Face Angel Heart isn't the most exciting or great movie but it has its moments. Daniel Wu plays such a sweet deformed face man who is working for bad guys to make ends meet with his brother. He has been used royally by the Dragon gangster and his whore. After a tragic backstabbing that nearly cost him his life, he underwent plastic surgery to restore his face so he is no longer deformed and went back to Hong Kong to take his revenge on the whore that had him killed after he did her a favor and killed Dragon whom used to beat her or so she says. The ending is a tear jerker, I really feel for this man who is so kind and gentle. Yet was used and framed royally, he had everything to lose.

Ye shou zhi tong, (Born Wild) (2001,  Unrated)
Ye shou zhi tong, (Born Wild)
Daniel Wu plays a fraternal twin, boxer brothers. When his brother was killed during a boxing match unfairly... He decided to come investigate and avenge his brother. Ended up befriending his brother's girlfriend and soulmate. This is a good flick.

Ziyu fengbao (Purple Storm) (1999,  Unrated)
Ziyu fengbao (Purple Storm)
I feel sorry for the character Daniel Wu plays. He begins as a criminal but an accident with his head happened during the mission and he got amnesia. The CIA decided to use this to their advantage, with a little hypnotism and false memories, he will lead CIA to his crime father. However he somehow was captured by his father and memories come back bit by bit until he is confused and lost. He thought he was doing good but somehow went bad after his son was killed in a bombing. Now he must help CIA stop his father from unleashing the Purple Storm that will cost thousands of lives. The ending is a fitting one and I'm happy to have seen it.

Tian tang kou (Blood Brothers) (2007,  Unrated)
Tian tang kou (Blood Brothers)
A fantastic gangsta sort of film. I'm not really into those sort of Godfather movies, but this one moves me. Blood Brothers should never betray one another, it always ends in tragedy and tears. Wonderful acting and loveable characters, the scenes are soft and sharp at the same time.

Moon to (Protégé) (2007,  R)
Moon to (Protégé)
Protege is a drama film about an undercover cop becoming a protege to a gang lord, becoming part of the family only to betray the gang lord in the end, who took care of the cop as one of his own family. Thats what made it sad and the friendship made with a druggie woman and her little daughter. This film is touching and has tragic consequences for some of the main characters. Sad. I gotta add this to my Daniel Wu / Andy Lau collection as soon as possible since it's out of print item.

Hit Team (2001,  Unrated)
Hit Team
Hit Team is a police / criminal thriller which Daniel Wu as head of hit team named Chung leading the team using heavy firearms to stop the selling of fire arms. When a police is wounded and parayzed in gang ambush, the fellas plan to steal from the same gang enough money to pay their friend's medical bills. However they clash with the Hit Team and violence ensues. The ending is a semi-happy one, but in its own right, they succeeded in their plan at a great loss. I loved watching Daniel Wu aka Chung who doesn't know how to swim and lead the team.

Jing mo gaa ting (House of Fury)
Definitely fun to watch! Silly sibling revilry and their father tells tall silly tales.

Wong gok hak yau (One Night in Mongkok) (2004,  Unrated)
Wong gok hak yau (One Night in Mongkok)
Drama mainly, Daniel Wu plays the guy who is a hired killer. Unfortunately he's too much of a good guy to kill anyone innocent and befriends a prostitute after saving her from her pimp bully who beats women. It's also very sweet with a bitter ending.

San goo waak chai ji siu nin gik dau pin (Young & Dangerous: The Prequel) (1998,  Unrated)
San goo waak chai ji siu nin gik dau pin (Young & Dangerous: The Prequel)
It's as the title indicates the movie to be, Young and Dangerous. Four young men join Bee's gang after dropping out of school due to fights keep occuring around them because of bullies. Bee trains these guys to be good fighters and eventually they learn to kill... It's a bunch of ass kicking.

Around the World in 80 Days (2004,  PG)
Around the World in 80 Days
I love it when they put Jackie Chan and Daniel Wu in the same movies. These actors always create chemistry and are excellent actors. This flick is very adventurous and colorful. It has its charms and humor.
23
Gung ju fuk sau gei (Beyond our Ken) (2004,  Unrated)
Gung ju fuk sau gei (Beyond our Ken)
Love triangle and betrayal... Beyond Our Ken has its charms and humor. Not really a romantic flick. The ex-girlfriend is obsessed with her ex-boyfriend and wants to get back at him through his current girlfriend.
24
Gorgeous (Boh lee chun) (1999,  PG-13)
Gorgeous (Boh lee chun)
Gorgeous is a pretty good movie with a fabulous Jackie Chan who himself is utterly gorgeous and cute! He plays such a rich guy who can really kick butt! Daniel Wu's part is minor whereas he plays the bad guy's no good bodyguard, clumsy and silly. This film is enjoyable to watch.
25
Boli zhi cheng (City of Glass) (1998,  Unrated)
Boli zhi cheng (City of Glass)
A Daniel Wu movie; City of the Glass is a beautiful story of love and friendship. I enjoyed this because it is emotional where the lovers could not be together and yet are... It's also tragic that for some, Death is the only way to be together forever.
26
Daai lo oi mei lai (Enter the Phoenix) (2004,  Unrated)
Daai lo oi mei lai (Enter the Phoenix)
A hilatious yaoi (gay) comedy, yakuza movie presented by Jackie Chan. Daniel Wu plays the gay son Georgie, of the First Brother yakuza Boss who was sent to boarding school as a child. When First Boss dies, his right hand men go to bring Georgie back home to become head of the yakuza. However georgie's best friend pretended that he was Georgie and the real Georgie was his right hand man... Allowing this to be, they return home and things get outta hand... with hilarious and dramatic results.

Seung Fei (Princess D) (2002,  Unrated)
28
Ming Ming (2006,  Unrated)
Ming Ming
A truly irresistable film, beautiful characters and interesting story. Daniel Wu plays D, handsome, sexy and alluring to women, he's a lover and fighter. Ming ming falls for D and gets 5 million and a mysterious box from gangster Cat to run away with D... Things take an unexpect turn when Ming sees and runs into Nana her look alike and lets Nana be the scapegoat to her crime. The only irritable thing in and of this film is the dramatic pauses throughout and the reversing of some scenes... you'll have to see this to understand. The overuse of pausing is a pain in the ass.
29
Chiseen (2004,  Unrated)
Chiseen
Just a bunch of people doing silly things. The best part of Chiseen is the book of pain and Daniel Wu riding toddler bike down the street. (laugh)
30
Night Corridor (2004,  Unrated)
Night Corridor
Daniel Wu plays twins in this film... It's suppose to be a horror movie, diasappointedly enough there weren't anything scary. The dark side to this film is the psychological scars of the main character raped by the priest as a child, an alcholic mother who keeps calling her son by the dead one's name. Beware though: it's mild gay content, the main character masturbates while rubbing a guy's photo to his chest. That was quite a shocker, not that we see anything other than his hand.
31
Undercover Blues (2000,  Unrated)
Undercover Blues
Undercover Blues is OK. Weak and seemingly short. Daniel Wu plays a cop Joe who disappeared for two days undercover as a bad guy. A group of his fellow cops go to find him and bring Joe back, worried he may have his true identity found out; but as it turned out being undercover had its effect that turned Joe into a bad guy. All that work they do as a cop on such small salary even when promoted got to him. Joe asked his friend what he'd do if bribed as an officer of law.

San cha kou (Divergence)
Kind of dull, but a nice film nonethelessness. What goes around comes around...

Chek law dak gung (Naked Weapon) (2002,  R)
Chek law dak gung (Naked Weapon)
Boring, might have rated it a little better if it had close captioning or subtitles. Again all those rape scenes were unneccasry and overused.
