Edward Scissorhands (1990, PG-13)
This is still the best Burton-Depp film. Edward Scissorhands is a must see movie for all generations. A gothic meets suburbia modern day fairytale that is delightful and heartwarming. Johnny Depp brings Edward to life in way that simply is beyond description. There is a part of Edward that lives within us all- we want to fit in. One the best movies made in the 90's. |

Sleepy Hollow (1999, R)
Johnny Depp as the legendary Ichabod Crane is priceless. Tim Burton has created a classic thriller and a not so classic horror. Sleepy Hollow is a brilliant work of art Combining Burton and Depp with a superb supporting cast, magnificent cinematography, beautiful costuming, haunting music and the story of the headless horseman gives us a film full of mystery, magic, suspense and dark comedy. A nice little gem to add to any DVD collection... |
