The Coen Brothers, the creative minds behind Fargo, has once again made another brilliant and hilarious film.

The film follows Jeffrey 'the Dude' Lebowski (Jeff Bridges) and two of his close friends, Walters (John Goodman) and Donny (Steve Buscemi) who usually spend their time bowling and smoking dope (<--just the Dude for this one). Everything seems to be going well until two debt collectors mistaken him for 'the millionaire' Jeffrey Lebowski and piss on his rug, "which really tied the room together". This then triggers 'the Dude' to go on a journey full of weird chain of events.

I absolutely loved it and found it just brilliant. This film is like no other, full of unforgettable characters and quotes. And of course, without the cast's talented skills this wouldn't have been as effective either. Every single scene from start to finish is a tribute to greatness. It also contains one of my favourite dream sequences of all time such as the micro-camera inside a bowling ball to dizzy the audience momentarily.

Personally, I enjoyed this just as much as Fargo and is considered one of my favourites from the Coen brothers. I loved it just for its originality and unique style of film-making. For those who enjoyed the Coen brothers' other works or want to see something new, this is for you.
