Arthur and the Invisibles (Arthur and the Minimoys) (2007,  PG)
Arthur and the Invisibles (Arthur and the Minimoys)
Totally, adorably cute little elfin like people. This adventure, family movie is fun to watch all over again. I loved it, too cute!
2
Attila (2001,  Unrated)
Attila
My only disappointment is that on tv Attila had close captions, but on the dvd they neglected to put the cc on it. All in all I loved this movie, especially Gerard Butler playing Attila, handsome and strong. Interested in the redhead but became bittersweet when she died in child birth. Again he sees another girl that looks like his former wife, except she wasn't a red head but a dark haired girl wanting revenge against Attila for killing her father, she poisoned him on their wedding night. I was glad the warrior slit her throat after finding Attila dead.
3
The Beastmaster (1982,  PG)
The Beastmaster
A scantilly clad man with a sword and the ability to communicate with animals and have adventures of a lifetime is something I don't want to miss! *laugh* Besides the main character is an old favorite actor.
4
Beastmaster 2: Through the Portal of Time (1991,  PG-13)
Beastmaster 2: Through the Portal of Time
This 2nd volume of Beastmaster is funniest and exciting to watch, I love it as well as the first one.
5
Beastmaster - Season 3 Complete (,  Unrated)
Beastmaster - Season 3 Complete
The beastmaster series are a joy to watch, not a match for the 3 beastmaster movies, but just as enjoyable and full of its own charm and magic.
6
Beauty and The Beast (La Belle et la bęte) (1946,  Unrated)
7
Beauty and the Beast (1986,  G)
8
Beowulf (2007,  PG-13)
Beowulf
Whoo Hoo! Naked Beowulf, every ladie's dream. (laugh) Adult 3-D animation at its finest. It's gorgeous and so realistic you forget its actually CGI! So much fun to watch. I loved it!
9
Beowulf & Grendel (2005,  R)
Beowulf & Grendel
Perhaps half a star too much but, Gerard is my fave actor and he plays the role of Beowulf to a tee. I liked the story, the acting is well enough though I felt the film a bit lacking... A king and his men killed the father of Grendel just because he was a big troll like man, so they say. The son of the troll, Grendel grew up and took vengeance on those who wronged him and his father. Nothing more, nothing less. It delivers a message that you shouldn't kill someone just because they are different or you fear them or because of some misunderstanding. Well, time those men faced the consequence of their actions. Grendel spared the drunkard king only because he spared the Grendel when he was a child. What a hairy and bearded child!
10
Beowulf (1999,  R)
Beowulf
I liked this Beowulf story, although the 3D animated monster could be made a bit more believeable. All in all, a good fantasy to watch.
11
Conan the Barbarian (1982,  R)
Conan the Barbarian
Sad Conan flick whereas he has to fight a horde of barbarious tribe and its evil witch. Also a love story blended in.
12
Conan the Destroyer (1984,  PG)
Conan the Destroyer
Interesting and serious but comical Conan flick where he must help a vain girl find the jeweled horn to bring to life the monstrous beast.
13
The Dark Crystal (1982,  PG)
The Dark Crystal
So cute and so sad. Unique story and beautiful pictures. My favorite puppet movie of all time.
14
Ring of the Nibelungs (Dark Kingdom: The Dragon King)(Sword of Xanten) (2006,  PG-13)
Ring of the Nibelungs (Dark Kingdom: The Dragon King)(Sword of Xanten)
Dark Kingdom is a beautiful fantasy and love story. I love to watch this over and over. Just something about a pretty bright colored eyed blacksmith turned dragonslayer that gets to me. Never mind that his dragon looks lizard-like than an actual dragon with wings. It's well made and realistic.
15
Dragon Fighter (2003,  R)
Dragon Fighter
It left much to be desired. Scientist discovered dragon egg and used it genetically to create more. However things go wrong in the lab as the dragon hatched. The screen splits irritably into 2-3's showing few diferent scenes at a time. A bit cheesy and dumb but could have been made better and the acting is laughable.
16
Dragon Storm (2004,  PG-13)
Dragon Storm
Interesting concept of how dragons came to earth from space, in meteor like descent. Now the people have to find a way to defeat these dragons before they kill all humans. A band of dragonslayers were hired by the king to stop the beasts, they happened to get a hold of the dragon's egg and use this to their advantage with dire consequences.
17
Dragon Wars (D-War) (War of the Dragons) (2007,  PG-13)
Dragon Wars (D-War) (War of the Dragons)
Fantastic and amazing CG live action movie. It's about time someone made a movie about the chinese dragons, those serpentine dragons. Stunning! I love it. Worth owning if you're a dragon collector or lover of dragons. The serpent transformation into dragon is a beautiful scene.
18
Dragon's World: A Fantasy Made Real (The Last Dragon) (2005,  PG)
Dragon's World: A Fantasy Made Real (The Last Dragon)
An interesting look on dragons had they been real in our time.
19
Dragonheart (1996,  PG-13)
Dragonheart
I love Dragonheart, best dragon movie to date, so realistic! I remember reading the paperback novels of it so long ago. 'm glad they brought book to film.
20
Dragonheart - A New Beginning (2000,  PG)
Dragonheart - A New Beginning
Not a bad beginning for a new Dragonheart. Although the first movie will always be the best, this story's intersting.
21
Dragonslayer (1981,  PG)
Dragonslayer
Unlike the cheesy dragon movies, this is a serious one and worth owning a copy of. Girls were being sacrificed to the dragon for peace, they were chosen by lottery. However it was rigged and the king's daughter was always spared. A youthful dragonslayer happened to discover the truth and once the princess found out, at next lottery she gave herself to the dragon willingly... The dragonslayer tried to keep her from sacrificing herself but was too late for by the time he came to rescue the princess from the cave, the baby dragons had been devouring her. In anger he slayed the babies and angered the mother and was forced to fight her.
22
Dungeons & Dragons (2000,  PG-13)
Dungeons & Dragons
A fun fantasy movie to watch. I love dragons and even the cheesy dragon flicks can look good without being intoxicated. It's nicely done, though the acting could be better.
23
Dungeons & Dragons 2: Wrath of the Dragon God (2005,  R)
Dungeons & Dragons 2: Wrath of the Dragon God
A nice sequel, with comic relief. (laugh) Fun fantasy to watch nonetheless. The dragon god is a living dead thing, mostly bones. Weirdness.
24
Edward Scissorhands (1990,  PG-13)
Edward Scissorhands
A lovely fantasy of an android that has no hands but his creator gave him scissors-like hands which Edward uses to create wotks of art. When his creator died before he could give Edward hands, he later on was discovered by the comsetic avon woman and taken to her home to live. She treated Edward like a son and he learned many things, including falling in love with avon woman's daughter. It has a sad ending though as Edward scissorhands always seem to end up alone.
25
Eragon (2006,  PG)
Eragon
I haven't read the Eragon book, so I don't know all the things left out of the movie, and I know its alot. For someone so young to write such a wonderful dragon story, I hope they continue to put the next novel to film! Sphiria is a beautiful blue dragon with feathery like wings, unlike all other dragon movies that show leathery wings like bats.
26
First Knight (1995,  PG-13)
First Knight
Two timing Gwenivar. UGH! I really wanted to smack the whore for betraying King Arthur for the first knight. It's a love triangle fantasy, a good tale to watch. Long live the king!
27
Gargoyles (1972,  R)
Gargoyles
A classic. A man unearthed gargoyle eggs after running over a gargoyle. The gargoyles come for their fallen, attacking anyone in their way. A woman with her friend attempt to communicate with the gargooyles. Downside, no cc or subtitles for deaf. Just the same I loved this old movie, been wanting to see gargoyles made live on tv, as I love to collect the statues. They are mythical creatures, like dragons.
28
George and the Dragon (Dragon Sword) (2004,  PG)
George and the Dragon (Dragon Sword)
A fun and decent dragon flick. Aired on Scifi a few times.
29
Goliath and the Dragon (1960,  Unrated)
30
Gryphon (2007,  PG-13)
Gryphon
A nice fantasy film, the CGI gryphon is incrediable. The story a bit weak. Enjoyable to watch nonetheless.
31
Hercules (2005,  Unrated)
Hercules
A beautiful movie, I'm glad that a new Hercules movie was made and a better one at that. Although the Hercules tv series will always be the best. We get to see the tragedy of Hercule's past and his relationship with the golden deer woman.

Jack and the Beanstalk - The Real Story (2001,  PG)
Jack and the Beanstalk - The Real Story
About time we had Jack and the Beanstalk live action movie! I enjoyed watching this, a definitely unique version of the tale. It's beautiful and adventurous tinged with darkness.
41
King Arthur (2004,  PG-13)
King Arthur
I didn't think I would have liked this, but turns out I liked it a plenty. I just love Arthur legend, he's a wonderful knight and king. The actor playing King Arthur is very handsome and plays so seriously, I wonder if he actually has happiness.
42
King Arthur - The Truth Behind the Legend (,  Unrated)
43
Kingdom of Heaven (2005,  R)
Kingdom of Heaven
It's actually wonderful. Orlando plays a good knight, it's good to see him still wielding swords since Pirates of the Caribbean. Good storyline and acting.
44
Labyrinth (1986,  PG)
Labyrinth
I love labyrinths and mazes, especially when it comes to fantasy settings. Labyrinth is a beautiful movie with David Bowie as the sexy Goblin King.
45
Lady in the Water (2006,  PG-13)
Lady in the Water
Could have been better. Whats with the always nakedness? Duh. Almost hard to understand at first. It's strange but nice story.
46
Legend (1985,  PG)
Legend
I love the giant red devil, Darkness! *laugh* Legend is a beautiful fantasy, with all the imaginable creatures, faeries, unicorns, elves and so on.
47
The Legend of Suriyothai (2003,  R)
The Legend of Suriyothai
Such a beautiful culture although rough and strict. Suryyothai is a woman princess / warrior who leads her people into battle. It's a love story and filled with betrayal, revenge, bitterness and courage.
48
The Lord of the Rings (1978,  PG)
49
The Lord of the Rings - The Fellowship of the Ring (2001,  PG-13)
The Lord of the Rings - The Fellowship of the Ring
Who would have thought J.R.R. Tolkein's most beloved novels would make it live to film?! I'm so glad, they choose such good actors for the triology. They all bring Lord of the Rings story to life beautifully!
50
The Lord of the Rings - The Two Towers (2002,  PG-13)
The Lord of the Rings - The Two Towers
Legolas is my favorite elf! Orlando Bloom should keep the long haired blond look. *grin*
51
The Lord of the Rings - The Return of the King (2003,  PG-13)
The Lord of the Rings - The Return of the King
LOTR will always be a favorite triology! Gonna miss the elves as they have left middle earth.
52
Orochi the Eight-Headed Dragon (2003,  Unrated)
Orochi the Eight-Headed Dragon
I liked it well enough, a bit cheesy but still cool nonetheless. I guess it's because I'm a godzilla fan.
53
El Laberinto del Fauno (Pan's Labyrinth) (2006,  R)
El Laberinto del Fauno (Pan's Labyrinth)
WOW! Such a dark, adult fairy tale! So violent with plenty gore and the mythical creatures are a sight to behold.
54
Pete's Dragon (1977,  G)
Pete's Dragon
A fun and very well blended cartoon dragon in a live, modern day movie. An old favorite when dragon flicks were few.
55
Red Sonja (1985,  PG-13)
Red Sonja
Not bad, I liked Conan and since he's in this flick... It's still a nice fantasy movie with a barbarian kicking ass in woman form. *laugh*
56
Reign of Fire (2002,  PG-13)
Reign of Fire
Quite a different kind of dragon movie that isn't fantasy. More like what if... Dragons existed today? Oooh creepy thought, and so cool!
57
Scourge of Worlds - A Dungeons & Dragons Adventure (2003,  Unrated)
Scourge of Worlds - A Dungeons & Dragons Adventure
Fun interactive 3-D animation. My disappointment is that there is no subtitles to let me know what the heck the characters are saying so I can choose what path to take. It's neat just the same.
58
Sphinx (1981,  Unrated)
59
Splash (1984,  PG)
Splash
A favorite mermaid movie. The fish tail on Hannah was so realistic, it put other fake mermaid flicks to shame.
60
Sword of the Valiant - The Legend of Sir Gawain and the Green Knight (1984,  PG)
61
The 10th Kingdom (,  Unrated)
