A girl falls into a coma after an accident, her apartment is rented and the guy who moves in can see her ghost, but no one else. This reminded me of the Lake House. And Lake House was better even though it wasn't anything special. I'm not so sure about these movies. I mean why is it that only he can see her? Mark Ruffalo did okay here but I never liked Reese Witherspoon much.

Penelope Cruz and Salma Hayek are hot. But this film? Don't bother. But it's kinda fun to watch actually. Steve Zahn's one lucky bastard.

An okay storyline with a lot of twists and it's not bad. This had a lot of suspence in it, which makes it a good thriller I guess.

A true story based on the life of one of the biggest drug lords of his generation, the guy who established the American cocaine market in the 1970's. Johnny Depp delivers but this here is quite a fucked up story and not everyone will like it. But one thing I like about this movie is the fact it depcits the reality.

The message it delivers here is, at the end of the day, money and fame equals to nothing. You lose it all. The one's you loved and the one's that loved you are all you have.

They actually showed a pic of the real guy at the end and I kinda felt sympathy for him. :)

"So in the end, was it worth it? Jesus Christ. How irreparably changed my life has become. It's always the last day of summer and I've been left out in the cold with no door to get back in. I'll grant you I've had more than my share of poignant moments. Life passes most people by while they're making grand plans for it. Throughout my lifetime, I've left pieces of my heart here and there. And now, there's almost not enough to stay alive. But I force a smile, knowing that my ambition far exceeded my talent. There are no more white horses or pretty ladies at my door. "

This shit is crazy. People these days, they'd do anything for money and this here is evidence of that. Fun to watch though and some of the stunts are pretty cool to say the least.

I'd give this zero if it was possible. Eddie Murphy should stop playing comedy, coz he obviously ain't funny. The fact that he's appeared in some of the worst comedies I've ever seen speaks volumes for itself.

Probably one of a kind coz I can't remember seeing anything like this. I mean there's nothing here except two people talking to each other. And they talk to each other from like the beginning till the end. Yet I loved it. It's amazing how who ever directed this thing made it into a great movie. This could have easily gone wrong. So kudos to who ever came up with this. I've also heard this was filmed in real time which is pretty cool too.

The plot description from flixster is all you need to know:

"Nine years ago, two strangers met by chance, spent a night together in Vienna, and parted before sunrise. Now, they're about to cross paths again--in Paris--where they will get the chance we all wish we had: to find out what might have been. The only problem is they have just a few hours to figure out if they belong together."

All it does is use slow playback to build up intensity and scare you. After a while it get's boring though.

Blood and gore is plentiful as usual but the shock factor is multiplied and the traps get even more crazier. The torture scenes contain some of the most disturbing images I've ever seen in a film. Very entertaining though. The acting has improved considerably too compared to the first but I prefer the first one to this.

Being a big fan of heavy metal and classic hard rock, this movie is something I could relate to very well. An entertaining comedy about two music freaks and you get to see Jack Black at what he does best. I know it's silly, but it's fun.
