OH MY GOSH ! So GOOOOOOOOOD !!! It,s like beauty and the beast or king kong, but in a really modern world ! The moral is so good and the romantic scene as good as we want it ! Tim burton have done so much great movies !

Davind Fincher is.. A MASTER ! After Fight Club he gives something incredible with this trailer named Se7en. Really interesting, really intelligent, really.. well this movie is incredible !

Wow ! the costumes, the actors, the set, the choice of music ! Two wonderful hours ! Want to see it again !

THE romantic and historic movie. Well there is something that can't do this movie the greatest movie ever made, but it's a really good three hour. Kathy Bates and Kate Winslet are Remarquable ! (I don,t really appreciate Dicaprio but.. Well life is like this)

Hum? Funny and not all the time for the good reason.. The action is actually good, the story is bad and ther actors are ok (except for j.k. simmons whi is as always incredible!) But the movie is simply ok, but far from the others. I want more venom :-(

WOW, Richard Kelly does it again, it's almost 2 years that i'm waiting for this movie and it's simply.. INCREDIBLE. The directing, the cinematography, the actor, the astrange story that takes in a way the same road than Donnie Darko and of course.. THE MUSIC. A brilliant movie, jst sad that so few people enjoy it. The cinematography is sublim, exquisite, just.. WOW! Every scene have it's own beauty and the actors are splendid except for the really annoying story of Joana and the teenage boy who really pissed me off.. HE should have been cut instead of christopher lee :-( Well what didn't work is what I said above, but also the story is relaly predictable and previsible.. But in general the songs are really good and the actors have a good way to interpret them while not being perfect singer. But for the incredible cinematography, this movie needs to be scene all the way!

OMG i've wait so long to see this movie and finally here it is : It was PERFECT! Beautiful, sad, touching, realistic, cool, funny, romantic..... Everything was there, the performance was simply great, the story was really touching and beautiful and everything, the rhytm was catchy, the music was enchanting, well.. I don't know what to say, I simply LOVED this movie. Awesome.

An incredible adaptation of the best-seller books with astounding performance. Can we not mention the divine glass' soundtrack ?

Wow! An amazing experience, following the protagonist in their attempt to survive. Unknown actor, character as simple as reality, good effects, no music except an exquisite musical theme by Giacchino at the end. Well, the experience is actaully INCREDIBLE. Maybe the camera moves too much :-P

I really need to rewatch it, but in my memories the movie was highly enjoyable and really touching with awesome intepretation (I normally CAN'T stand Ferell), with an extraordinary soundtrack, a ingenius direction and memorable story, highly original.
Edit: Simply better and better each time I watch it. Incredible.

Still, the first hour is a bit slow, but the last one is priceless. Most human and beautiful and touching project of Burton. Simply magic, everytime, the end makes me cry.

I,M not sure if he was as good as the first, still better than the second, some really good fun, sean connery and Ford are incredible together, a lot of good parts. Indiana Jones as we like it!

The story is leeeessssss interesting than the first one, the little boy is annoying but still a lot of amazing scenes full of action and laugh. Th e bridge scene is simply spectacular. The sacrifice one.. Too long. And another question, where was the girl from the first movie? Unless a good movie.

Si par ses 2 précédents films, Arcand démontrait à quel point les amis et la famille étaient essentielles pour ne pas sombrer dans le désespoir, l'ennui et la solitude, il illustre ici un monde carrément en déchéance, en plein désintégration et parmi un personnage seule, morne, terne et totalement détruit qui vit un enfer de solitude tout les jours tout en s'imaginant et se permettant les rêves les plus fous. Un film pur, mais surtout dur, d'une cruauté assomante qui fait réfléchir d'une façon incroyable. Percutant, réaliste, brillant, métaphorique et même drôle. Un bijou avec une distribution hallucinante qui ne vole pas le devant de l'histoire et un marc labrèche carrément impressionant et d'une crédibilité alarmante dans un rôle qui ne se veut pas drôle du tout. Incroyable et tragique, Arcand frappe fort.

I really love movie like this and this one is simply superb, with great acting and a puzzle story that we have to put the pieces together through the journey, it makes it awesome at the end, while we think we finally understand. The directing is actually really creative in all the way he go through. Entirely original and it completely blow my mind, loooved it!

WOW, fully action-pack, humor filled and no thinking need, this movie is just an amazing divertisment, that made me laugh really hard with all this non-sense and perfectly done action scene with his perfect cast and great match music. A really-really strong movie with an outstanding cast and a superb story with a great point: it's about everyone involved and tha makes it as a big deal and not a one-man deal or mission. Realistic, big drama and twist in a *babel* way, the movie deranged and do it works by provocating in strong ways. Really good and the cinematography is superb too.

It's still Burton and Depp, but it's good. I don,t know much about ed wood, but this is surely the best hommage he could ever hoped for, gaving him all respect he can hoped for. Touching, funny, beautifully done, it's another awesome movie showing and sharing the love of filmaking.

A bit slow but with awesome performance by actors (especially the leading ones), an outstanding and yet charming soundtrack, a superb cinematography and unforgettable soundtrack, the really nice direction by Curran makes this love story a memorable journey. This independent movie is slow, but still, really good.

More for the music than the story, but everything is exceptionnally being interesting with really strong performance, Foxx and King on top. The direction is okay while not being impressive with a strange narrative order. But well it was good, but less tha a certain walk the line.

A journey to forget his broken heart and itself, just to understand us better after. While the script is a bit fuzzy, the superb cinematography punch with awesome and so flashy colors and outstanding moving direction by kar wai makes this movie memorable and also all performance gives life to great living character. Not a hit, but not a miss, worth watch!

With a movie as strong and beautiful as this one is, my only wish is to see the same treatment for Maus. But well, this movie was not perfect but offer a good balance between drama, history, courage, comedy, romance, beauty and else. I have to admit it, I was quite frustrated when it ends, was able for some more minutes!

WOW! That was a trip! A total experience with a perfect cast, awesome direction but god I don,t know what I truly understand of it, without knowing anything about Dylan's live..

Despite some flaws, more in the second part less more powerful than the first one, the movie is simply incredible, we go so deep in the mind of the character, there's some scene that's simply touch me powerfuly, like I didn't think it would. Beautiful music, awesome direction. A must-see!

While some aspects are incredibly bad, generally, the movie is incredible. First the music by Dario Marianelli is simply.. ASTOUNDING. I mean.. Dong music with typewriter ? SOunds crazy, but damn I want this piece of music in my mind! Then, the cinematography have some great great views and the one-shot scene in big quantity are really impressive. Than, the actors are good as always, yes the cast is a pretty good choice. The story have a good basis, that turn around sometimes.. But the way f telling the story is certainly a winner side. So in general, it's far than perfect, but Atonement is truly enjoyable.

Nothing can beat Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, but Gondry surely done a great original, fascinating, creative, fun, touching, inspiring and lot of qualities movie that finally, really touch my heart with inventive mind of Gondry and crazy ideas transported in his awesome surreal world direction. More assumed than Science of Sleep, as it goes it became a real feast for all senses. But we only have to be frank that we will never saw ESOTSM2 and simply appreciate all thoses great movies :-)

What a wonderful sci-fi movie! With amazing special effects and cinematography, awesome directing and really good actors, this movie offers a great journey full of action and I have to say that the last scenes are completely BREATHTAKING I was at the edge of my sofa, both eyes on the tv and nothing was able to get my attention at another place. And all those refrences to 2001:a space odyssey, wow. A really appreciate this movie!

Still they can be some point to arrange to make it perfect, for a 1991 movie, it's still really amazing for the set, the artistic direction, the realisation and of course the story that is not afraid to go in all new and special direction for a really good and interesting movie. Some scene are quite priceless and the attention that they put in the sound of everything make it even better.

Wow, I don't think that an animated movie had ever touched me as much as wall-e did. This love story is simply tooooooooo adorable. It touch my heart so bad, wow, all this movie was exceptionnally cute and amazing. Funny, sensible, intelligent. The perfect entertainment. Pixar.. is still on top. WOW.

WOW, that was epic! Batman playing in the yard of V for vendetta. Actually, the 152 minutes weren't enough, I was able for some more hours, it leave me hungry for more having in mind a breathtaking movie were The Joker is simply brilliant by an unforgettable Ledger. Yes the rest of the cast is really good too and well.. Bruce/Batman is a hero a little bit boring and monotone, but happily (and sadly in the other way) Maggie gives a really more interesting Rachel than Hokmes did. Everything is improve, the direction is more humble and greater than the first movie, the music fit perfectly, giving an awesome theme for the Joker, they bring terror with just a sound: brilliant. The special effects is not the principal thing in this movie, the script is on the front and that is simply beautiful. Well, I can talk about it hours long, but it certainly a must-see, you just CAN'T get bored, it simply awesome but we have to say it : really dark.

With a perfect direction that put us directly into the dangerous situation, following the only one who can see with thoses who can't, we have under our eyes and awesome movie, the children of men of 2008. Powerful with extraordinary performance, awesome soundtrack and unforgettable moments. The movie is near the masterpiece.

Somptuous. Greatly made, greatly act (well, I still don't believe that Jack was as annoying as Diego Luna was..). Great direction, Van Sant find a way to modernize, while not truly reinventing biographic movie, by focusing only on the truly important years of Harvey Milk, he found the greatest forces of his movie. Wildly entertaining, never boring or too long, the movie is a must and a great and sincere hommage to homosexuality.
Edit: okay second watch was even better than better, the movie was near perfection, god bless Van Sant.

It's the truman show with a soul.. It's.. Well.. It's Charlie Kaufman! What you want more? Everything that looks so normal in the start turn so badly twisted and so.. strange-weird and.. Beautiful and actually weird is beautiful and i love weird too and sometimes, watching what Kaufman is bringin up, it,s freak me out, 'cause they're a lot of thoses ideas that I could have bring it too. Love it, it was incredible on a lot of aspects. It's twisted but it,s still want to tell something. It wasn't Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind.. (I don't thing anything would be) but well, really enjoyable and.. crazy :-)

Exquisite! This movie put a smile on my face from the start and from that moment on, I wasn't able to keep this smile away. So beautiful, so romantic, so funny, so delightful, refreshing and everything! The direction was as well, well done and the music was a delight and the casting was perfect. Really refreshing movie. Because after all, what is love? How it work?

Magnifique un film qui tout en étant léger, ne manque pas de toucher par ses réflexions, ses idées et ses pensées. Mené par une réalisation hautement compétente et une distribution efficace, la structure narrative quant à elle demeure hautement originale et maitrisé, même si au niveau du scénario il y a une égalité qui se fait ressentir, faible par son début et sa fin, mais d'une puissance incontestable en son milieu (les meilleurs moments assurément). Grandement amené, grandement dirigé et pensé, le film n'est sûrement pas à oublier. Du grand art qui malgré nous a quelque chose qui manque, mais quoi?

Magnifique, un film qui réchauffe le coeur puisque malgré la dureté de l'histoire et de la situation, réussit à trouver cette douceur et cette chaleur qui aurait rendu l'expérience beaucoup plus pénible sans cela. Mené avec brio par une excellente distribution (chapeau à la toujours excellente Kristin Scott Thomas) et superbement bien écrit, garni de dialogues toujours juste, le film se savoure et se laisse désirer. Magnifique et fortement agréable. Une énorme surprise. Chapeau aussi à la musique toujours juste qui adoucit les moments, les dramatisent ou les amplifie, illustrant le tout tel une fausse note, longue, languissante, retentissante.

Film de peu de mots, mais emplie d'imagination débordante et illimitée. Dans un univers complêtement fou où chaque recoin recelle d'absurdité, truffe nous offre un pari risqué, intéressant et prometteur pour le cinéma québécois, mais s'essoufle du côté du rhytme malgré des interprétations raffinés, des dialogues banalement magnifique, une musique sublime, une réalisation hallucinante, un esthétique magnifique et des clins d'oeil intéressants. UN exercice de style dont on ne se plaindra certainement pas!

Okay it's not an unforgettable movie but it's actually really superior to a lot we can have thoses day and well, what's brilliant with Cohen's movies, is that in they absurdity in their crazyness there's a level of intelligence and brilliance that simply amaze me. In all the mess in this movie supported by an outstanding cast, hides an incredible plot. Brilliant.

We can't deny the originality but there's something not accessible with this movie. Maybe it's with the cold character or the too much religious story? Whatever it's great even if Boyle is doing too much with his direction.

Superbly directed by the amazing David Fincher, awesomely act by wonderful actors and actress (Blanchett as always <3), somptuous soundtrack by Desplat, incredible cinematography. It was so sad, so beautiful, so true, so romantic, so.. Living. Awesome on every level. But maybe a bit long? Oh well! The ending was awesome! The ordinary life of an ordinary man with extraordinary circumstances.. Somptuous.

Aaah and aaaww! A good teen comedy with a soul! Nothing really new, but the way of doing it is quite refreshing! And the music is particularly good and impressive (RATATAT!), the interpretation are nice and the movie is widely open to lots of subjects. A great ride/road movie and delivers good son. Only complaint, I don,t know if it was only in my theaters but god the sound simply sucks!

Vraiment difficile de faire mieux dans le cinéma vérité de fiction. C'est si beau, spontané, cruel à la fois, cummulant les descriptifs. C,est une observation où on laisse au téléspectateur le soin de penser ce qu'il en veut, on guide les directions, mais non pas les réflexions. On est pas ici pour éloger, rabaisser, humilier les ados, on les illustre, c'est tout. Magnifique à beaucoup de niveaux, cummule les frissons.

Une nouvelle qui malgré ses défauts demeure très bien, mais raté si on devine la fin. La réalisation ordinaire se fait parfois oublié par la justesse des comédiens et la spontanéité des scènes et des répliques notamment dans la première partie. Pour le reste au fur et à mesure qu'on sent venir la chute, cela finit par devenir simplement trop facile et pour moi, à raté son coup d'envoi. Dommage.

Incredible! Finally the next movie of Daldry since the unforgettable The hours. Superb, somptuous, beautiful, sensual, sad, true, romantic, it's everything we want it to be. Well I haven't read the book, but still, this movie want us to prefer have it read it for us. Simbly amazing. Winslet particularly is once again perfect. Amazing movie, I cried a lot. Loved it.

Somptuous and beautiful. Made me think of Peter Jackson and his King kong. Sadly it,s too long and it's hard to find the true Luhrmann, the one he made us discover over the years, Yes, he still have it for romance (thoses scenes are wonderful) but they are so few! It,s long but strangely we never pass a lot of times on things. But still, it remains beautiful, funny, romantic, and everything. But well, I still don,t know what to think, even if it was a pleasant journey.
Edit: when we know what we are up to, the movie is more than enjoyable en impeccably made. Luhrmann is awesome.

Subtle, slow and as much touching as it is moving, the movie is beautiful and offer a lot of great and deep moment. While there's some ambiguity, the characters are so well writtent we just found ourself falling for them as much as they seem falling for each other as the movie play.

Simply awesome, amazing, incredible, deep profund, psychologically perfect, sad, Winslet and Dicaprio are simply perfect for the main roles and the rest of the cast is sublime too. The movie is so touching, so full of real drama, of impossibles dreams, of reality, of sadness, of everything captured by the amazing direction of Sam Mendes and how not mentionned Thomas Newman amazing score. Wonderful movie. Mendes certainly create a new level on suburban movies, following his unforgettable American beauty.

Mainly help by Newman's awesome soundtrack and the astonishing cast, Mendes brings a classy drama supported by his elegant and beautiful direction baed on redemption, vengeance and father and son relationship. Beautiful.

Chan-wook Park continue de façon étonnante sa variation sur un thème sans réellement se répéter, aidé d'une maîtrise cinématographique élégante et d'un style fort agréable et inspiré.
Edit: Mené par un scénario sans failles, alterné par un ordre non chornologique, on apprend peu à peu les clés et les secrets de l'histoire au fur et à mesure que la vengeance se tisse sous nos yeux. Le style et l'esthétique de Park magnifique sans excès ce qui pourrait tomber trop vite dans le trop et l'exagération. Brillant.

Steven Spielbierg is dealing with a lot fo perfection with his version of the all-time classic' Pinnochio, propulsing this simple, but really *human* in an ironic way story. With stunning effect and heartbreaking performances, this movie is a must.

Wow! On the esthetic side, Tykwer is awesome, the perfume and faubourg st-denis only confirmed it after this awesome start he made. Simply breathtaking, brilliant and intelligent, the movie is a wonder. Nearly perfect.

Snyder's prove that 300's style wasn't made by luck, watchmen have some somptuous moment in his first acts, but all in all everything turn to superhero type in the last one. But the wonderful moments are so numerous and it's really beautiful in it's melancholy. Not unique, but quite special. Like it, really.

It,s rare to see so much naivity, joy and hope in one character, surrounds by so much desperation of life. But still there's really something in this movie.

This extremely cheesy movie mainy ruined by his painful score is mainly saved by the lights of his dialogue and the extraordinary performances by his leads ans extras.

Sion Sono est décidément un cinéaste talentueux. Sans avoir les qualités de son plus récent opus, l'extraordinaire Love exposure, Hazard a certainement beaucoup d'ambition et offre avec un grand réalisme cette petite épopée d'un japonais en Amérique.

Sans avoir l'étoffe narrative d'un certain Chan-Wook Park ou d'un Bong-Joon Ho, Pil-Sung Yim parvient à tisser un drame fantasique d'une grande qualité et d'une grande délicatesse, mené par des qualités techniques et esthétique qui dépassent les attentes. De plus les interprétations sont dans le ton et l'ensemble féériquement désillusionné.

Le premier volet de la trilogie de la vengeance de Park est le premier indice du talent indiscutable de celui-ci pour l'écriture et la mise en scène. Faisant preuve d'une grande maîtrise, il fait preuve d'une imagination débordante toujours empreinte d'humour, d'ironie, de réflexions et de tragédies sur le thème pointilleux de la vengeance. Si parfois la confusion nous fige, il parvient toujours à illuminer ses scènes par son ultime génie. Brillant et le début d'une trilogie d'une grande qualité.

Very Very good movie of the rock world.

THis is the movie we never expect from Aronofsky, but here it his, he shows us another side of himself and it's great, really great. It's not a movie about comebacks, it's a movie about living and it's beautiful in a lot of ways, first by the incredible performances, mainly by amazing Rourke, by the touching story and by many scenes that are at the same time so beautiful, touching and sad. A great movie that shows us the deep side of life and heart. Touching and heartwarming in a lot of ways, while leaving us on strange mix feelings. Which life worth it?

Reminiscent of Elephant, the movie follows the same paths with his own twist and without this one, especially, the movie would have been a cold too melodramatic movie.

WOW. This movie gives me chills at a lot of moments. The story is beautiful, the scenery is incredible, the cast is outstanding and spectacular, especially the *bad* side (crowe and foster), the music is simply sublim, well, this movie was a great western, taking me back to Leone time with some modern twist. It was an awesome journey.

This movie is a MIRACLE! Let's say it, let's not be shy. Heartwarming, full of love, of life, of truth, of sincerity, of, well? Everything. It,s dynamic, it's amusing, it's dramatic, it's romantic, it's.. EVerything we want it to me. Well of course there's a lot of similarities with city of god, but well, it's damn good anyway. A must-see. Surely.
Okay, I was fooled by Slumdog like everyone else. Let's stop all the good shit about it, yes the movie is great in his execution, but well, that's about it.

A gigantic masterpiece in many acts. A complete movie, really complete. Greatly written and act, Jolie actually found one of her best performance, far more powerful than the one she gave in a mighty heart. Everyone, from the production to the performances, possessed the story to make it their own. POwerful and captivating from the beginning to the end, Eastwood made himself an amazing *film d'époque* with awesome reconstruction. Solid movie, that was far beyond everything I can thought of. Amazing.

This dark comedy was a fresh one with an incredible soundtrack and a great cast, ben Kingsley is simply perfect in the title role and téa leoni made a perfect partner. With some good and well thinked ideas, the movie let place to some intelligent laughs, sadly, on the other hand, all those great moves get destroy by thoses boring mafia stories, but well, it was a real refreshing comedy!

The ultimate Halloween movie? I,M not familiar with this kind of movie, but that is exactly the kind of terror that I can handle. There's so much talents in this simple story in the way of telling story, of referencing things, of mixing emotions and everything. Full of thrills, of fun, of stories of.. It,s perfect, maybe too much though. But still, this movie is just too good.

While there's something really personnal and awesome in the way this *experience* is treated, i'm not sure for the deconstruction and it's end by being too long. But well, there's a lot of awesome moments anyway.

Wow if teen movies continues to be as good as this one, we can be happy. Smart, funny and entertaining, we pass a great time (Stewart was I think a minor problem though..) but well the year, the music, the jokes. It was really nice, but not a top.

SI le film découle d'une des plus belles prémisses que j'ai lu dernièrement et que la réalisation est d'une belle beauté qui donne un peu de tonus à toute cette simplicité, en plus de bénéficier d'excellente performance, le film s'enfoce dans une non-profondeur qui agace dans cet enchaînement de *sketchs* sans trop d'intérêt où les textes s'avèrent peu accrocheur. On regrette que le tout n'aie pas été plus paufiné. Pas de budget, je veux bien croire, mais il y a des limites.

Whatever we might say about this movie, we can't hide that it is simple and completely hilarious from start to end. It's Allen and it's all about the characters, the interpretations and of course the incredible dialogues. Funny, funny, one of the funniest comedy i've seen lately.

This comedy was having a quite moody mood, but the performances were quite great and it was funny, unsuspected and brightly think.

While being classic in his form, the movie remains truly great with strong performances and touching story without never been too deep or too sensitive.

Von Trier signe ici une comédie avec une des histoires les plus inédites qu'il m'aie été de voir. Sans jamais se défaire de son style toujours propre au Dogme, il laisse de côté les réflexions sociales, les causes humaines et tout cela en traitant avec humour et absurdité cette histoire aux morales tout de même bien pesées. Von Trier comme on le voit rarement, mais toujours aussi doué.

An unexpected yet beautiful vie by the talented Mendes. Everything is in the situation, the character and the dialogues subtle and amazingly funny and entertaining. So much brilliant ideas and moments. A great road movie.

The movie is not plenty interesting, while wisely made, but everything is safe by amazing direction and cinematography by Tykwer who clearly knows how to make a beautiful and impressive scene. Congrats to scene breathtaking chase and action scenes. Elegant, but not enough.

Sans avoir les qualités de Wall-E ou Ratatouille, Up se rapproche beaucoup plus de The Incredibles et trouve son côté ambitieux en utilisant un vieillard en marchette enveloppé d'une lourde nostalgie et mélancolie pour l'accompagner dans ce dernier tournant d'aventures fort rocambolesque, d'où penche d'ailleurs cet autre volet d'humour et d'enfantillage rigolotes et mignonnes qui ont tout pour charmer surtout petit mais grands aussi. Adressé à un large public, le film touche à bien des niveaux et à bien des degrés et demeure en un sens un pari fort risqué, mais grandement réussi. Pixar prouve encore qu'il est incapable de décevoir. Magnifique.

Starting from a promising story well developped and help by extraordinary and completely hilarious dialogues says by a five-star cast, the movie remains a full-time playful moment and more than quite enjoyable. Add to this the natural style that was choosen in a dogma way. Beautiful.

Les vampires, les vampires.. Si on croyait avoir fait le tour de la question alors que le sujet est vu et revu avec insistance dernièrement, on pousse la sauce encore plus loin et fort de son style particulier, Park séduit avec une oeuvre à la fois épique, maîtrisé, inquiétante et sommes toute hilarante. COmbinant magnifique performances, situations inusités, bons coups, répliques savoureuses, bref, Park s'amuse sans réserves et offre un film où l'on s'amuse pleinement et c'est tant mieux!
