The Love Bug (1968,  G)
The Love Bug 4.5 Stars
My favorite of the Herbie movies. It's a classic and full of fun. It began the saga and stars veteran Disney actor Dean Jones. Jones performs at top of his game and his dry wit and sarcastic humor are in good shape. David Tomlinson makes a great villian and is intstantly recognized by true disney fans (notably for Mary Poppins and Bedknobs and Broomsticks). Buddy Hackett is hilarious as the first believer in Herbie as well as the namer - he adds an extra element of comedic relief in this comedy. Beyond the bounds of the term Classic this is a must see of the Disney films. Excellent in acting and technical areas it is definitely worth the watch.

Clever and hilarious. Dean Jones gives a wonderful performance as the FBI agent and Hayley Mills is spectacular. One of the best live action Disney films.

Bedknobs and Broomsticks (1971,  G)
Bedknobs and Broomsticks 4.0 Stars
Great Walt Disney film with memorable songs and an excellent story. Angela Lansbury and David Tomlinson are wonderful together. The magic in this film is captivating with live/animation crossover and battleling knight armor. It's one of my favorites.

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe (2005,  PG)
The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe 4.5 Stars
Well done adaptation of the classic book by C.S. Lewis. Narnia comes to life and Aslan is amazing - right out of the book. One of Disney's best modern films.
