Not really a western or a war film, however I believed the turmoil and fighting spirit of this movie earned itself a spot on this list. This epic love adventure is a great all around film. Definately a must own DVD.

Bruce Willis and Brad Pitt star in this twisted sci-fi thriller. In parts hard to follow a second viewing should prove this film to be a great sci-fi choice.







One of my favorite Brad Pitt films, this dark movie takes you on a great ride.

Other than Mos Def's frickin' annoying voice, this movie boasts an awesome cast headlined by an alcoholic burnout cop Bruce Willis.

Sean Penn and Beneficio del Toro in one of their best movies in my opinion. A great story, a great ending with plenty of guessing and twists. Great drama.

I am a fan of how this movie was filmed. From the director of Sin City, this war epic definately treats your eyes with it's unique comic book like visuals. Definately a must see for any action fan.

Kevin Costner and Kurt Russell being badasses. Costner plays a great role in this action flick with Elvis dressed casino robbers.

Definitely one of my favorite comedies, Steve Carrell is piss-your-frickin-pants funny playing a middle-aged virgin. Love the "Man-O-Lantern" scene and many others. This isn't just one not to miss but everyone should have this in their library. Thank God this isn't a Disney movie. Those bastards would vault up all these funny flicks and make us pirate them all.

Adam Sandler falls in love with Drew Barrymore a girl stricken with a medical condition which makes her forget everything when she goes to sleep. This hilarious romantic comedy is a must see.

Animated Adam Sandler. Great concept which turned out quite better than I expected. Full of funny scenes and touching moments, this movie isn't the average Christmas movie for I was hoping for an animated "Hannukah Song." You'll fall in love with the little old man and his hairy-goodness.

I'd rather see Russell Crowe chasing bad guys or chopping up Roman gladiators, but Crowe impressed me with his portrayal of this character. Kind of one of those too long movies, this drama is still worth taking a look at to see Russell Crowe play this character.

Great computer generated animations and a good storyline make this a good choice for every family. One of the first CG full length cartoons, following Toy Story's success, this film continued to display this new technology and put in at the fore-front of children's films.
Cute girl scout ants and ugly grasshoppers, a little comedy, a little action, and a good-to-heart story round this film out.

I love Heath Ledger until Brokeback Mountain tarnished him and his anus forever. This is a great love story with just enough action to keep a man interested. Other than the midevil crowds singing "We Will Rock You" during a jousting event, this story of a squire becoming a knight and changing his name forever. Check this one out for sure.

Vin Deisel as a pissed off undercover NARC officer who takes vengence and anyone and everyone responsible for his wife's murder. Sounds badass and it is. If you like Vin Diesel's tough-guy persona you'll love this flick.

Great Kirk Douglas film. Tense and full of twists, this film will keep you in your seat.

Cheesy but hilarious. This Saturday Night Live sketch was stretched into a full length feature. Will Ferrell and Chris Kattan will have you laughing at their stupidity. Haddaway's "What is Love" will never be the same...neck aches and all.

A decent flick full of funny moments, this movie didn't quite live up to the Grandma's Boy comedy I was expecting from Justin Long and Jonah Hill. Full of funny one liners, the movie was a better than average comedy.

Another hilarious Jim Carrey Movie, although the second in the Ace Ventura series, I prefer it as it gave me more laughs.

If like Andrew "Dice" Clay then check out this movie. A great 80's flashback movie complete with cameos from Gilbert Gottfried, Robert Englund, Wayne Newton, Morris Day, and Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil this comedy seemed written for "Dice's" stage persona. Too much "Happy Days" maybe. "Ehhhhh!"

Mid 90's MTV cartoon series made into a movie. Charlize Theron makes the movie cause she's hot but this film didn't live up to the cartoon series. Still a decent story and Aeon Flux's futuristic appeal will draw you in until the end. There's a girl with hands for feet which is quite interesting too!

Brendan Fraser, Adam Sandler, Steve Buscemi, and Joe Mantegna round out this excellent cast. When these down-and-out rockers are forced to break-in to their local radio station to get their demo played, all hell is broken loose when one thing after the other begins going wrong. Cameos from Chris Farley and Michael Richards, this rocking comedy is one for every bookshelf. Including Adam Sandler as a shy poolboy, a football helmet full of cottage cheese, and holding people hostage at gun-point with squirt-guns this comedy has became an instant favorite.

Classic Leslie Neilson/Lloyd Bridges, Naked Gun style comedy. Hilarious spoof of airplane disaster movies is full of great one-liner's and cameos from Kareem Abdul Jabar and Robert Stack.







Everyone except for people living in caves has either seen all or some of this classic comedy. This film has become fixed onto many places top comedy film lists of all time. Leslie Nielson, Lloyd Bridges, and Robert Stach.......classic.

Great family film with the bonus of comedy of Robin Williams and Gilbert Gottfried.

Great lucid dream story. I'm a huge fan of fantasy trips so this is a perfect film for me. Great visuals and characters, this is a must own movie.







Is this a hallucination or a children's story? I'm unsure and don't care. Either way its definately a favorite even in the times of CGI.

A great story of an orphan and a junkyard dog. Grab a date and some Kleenex and check out this touching story.

I'm not a huge Ben Stiller fan but love Jennifer Aniston. This odd couple goes through funny incident after another when Stiller (a number driven person on the verge of obsessive compulsive disorder) meets Jennifer Aniston's beautiful free spirited character. Complete with a blind ferret and many laughs, I don't remember once regreting watching another Ben Stiller movie...this time.

Crazy guy kidnaps a congressman's daughter from her private school. Ransom comes and Det. Morgan Freeman comes into save the day! I love Morgan Freeman, he's a great natural actor. If you enjoy his movies then don't miss this suspenseful title!

Grit racey drama, absolutely spellbinding. Edward Norton is amazing along with Edward Furlong. A must own.

Hilarious comedy, great characters everyone my age can relate to.

The American Pie series has been creating laughs for years now. American Wedding is my favorite mainly because of the Stifler gay bar dance off scene. Great funny series until Band Camp. After American Pie Band Camp came the Naked Mile and a couple others all not worth watching.

Will Ferell brings his cheesy raunchy comedy style to the screen in this funny film. A great supporting cast including a dimwitted Steve Carell add to the fun in this great film.

Collection of short animes of the Matrix story. Nothing like the real Matix's, the lack of Keanu's talent was evident. Also I personally don't care much for anime style. However if you do like animes and the Matrix story, check it out.

Kickass disturbing war film about a soldier sent to assassinate a renegade Vietnam soldier. Starring daddy Sheen and an amazing Marlon Brando this film is in most every war films favorites lists.

Although there's no spoken English at all in this movie, Mel Gibson will draw you so deep into the film that it will seem you almost understand their speech without reading the subtitles. A great touching story about the power of one man who stands his ground for his family. Excellent film.

Introducing Michael Meyer's Austin Powers character in this hilarious spy spoof film. Instant classic spurring 2 other films. Great characters and jokes keep you laughing scene after scene.

Mike Meyers continues his successful Austin Powers series with this sequel. Although all the Austin Powers films are enjoyable i chose The Spy Who Shagged Me the second one as my favorite for this list. Heather Graham is in it too and she's MEOW!

Great kids film that will have the older generation rolling on the floor with laughter. This film reminds me of Home Alone the infant version if one was ever made. Watch this cute infant outsmart 3 goofball kidnappers time after time with hilarious sketches that will have you crying with laughter.

Badass Sean Penn when he was super young. A great story with a lot of tension and suspense. Great film.

Hollywood moguls Will Smith and Martin Lawrence star in the sequel to their hilarious cop partner action film Bad Boys. This film is full of thrilling excitement with plenty of guns fights, car chases, and hip hop music to satisfy every action fan. A must see this film seems to last forever ever continuing one action scene after another.

Typically hilarious Chris Farley film. We miss you Chris Farley R.I.P.

Wealthy burnout Adam Sandler must regraduate each grade of school in order to gain the control of his family business. Packed with classic dirty Adam Sandler comedy complete with nudie magazines and imaginary penguin chasing, this great comedy is a timeless film.

Off course I had to add a Chris Farley movie on this list as his movies are hilarious no matter how small his role was in the movie. This film co-starring comedic partner David Spade, is my favorite although closely in second is Tommy Boy another classic comedy.

Wesly Snipes plays a badass half vampire half human vampire slayer as he battles to save humanity. Great fight scenes make all the Blade films worth checking out.

Great true story starring Johnny Depp that shows all one man gave up building an American cocaine empire. This is a must see great movie.

Unique shoot-em-up story here will have you entranced the entire exciting film.

What would happen if you could use memories to time travel? Well in this series of 2 films that thrill and its consequences are shown in a thrilling nail biting manor. While the original film starring Ashton Kutcher, both films are stocked with thrilling twists and turns.

Another typical funny Jim Carrey movie. Great funny film.

Hilarious film starring Eddie Murphy as a group of mishap fathers decide to start their own day care services. Funny stuff, a must see family comedy good for the whole family. Eddie Murphy is actually funny PG rated in this film.

Quite possibly the best disaster movie of all time. Great special effects.







Great special effects make this movie a must see. Great disaster movie up there alongside greats like Twister and Deep Impact.

Denzel Washington stars in this crime thriller where Denzel Washington using US government technology travels back in time to try and stop a terrorist attack.

Get ready for an excellently written thrilling suspense. This film starring Michael Douglas will have you engaged the entire movie. This is a must see.

Excellent dark tale starring Jake Gyllenhaal. This is one my favorite movies of all time. Excellently shot with a great unique story you'll love this film.

"Hey dude! Let's party!" Join Sean Penn on this ultimate 1980s high school adventure. Great movie a must own.

Great original dark story starring Edward Norton and Brad Pitt. Excellent film about a club of men that solve their emotional problems by fighting it out with fists against each other, you'll love this movie.

The Final Destination series has always been a favorite of mine. It was hard to choose a favorite between the first and second films though. However the beginning highway mega-car crash takes the car in quite possibly the most explosive movie entrance of all time. Great films to check out. Full of grisly freaky random death scenes these are sure to become an instant favorite.

Great colorful characters and visuals will glue you and your children's eyes to the television for this film. Great story of trials and triumphs following a clownfish crossing the ocean searching for his kidnapped gimpy son. Excellent Pixar film.

Great war drama sequeled by it's Japanese counterpart Letters from Iwo Jima, this great war drama about the influential and controversial raising of the monumental flag on the beaches of Iwo Jima. Directed by Clint Eastwood, this is a great war drama. Not high in the action category of war films, but still a great war film.

Keifer Sutherland stars alongside Julia Roberts in this thriller about Med students who team up pushing the boundaries of life and death by killing each other and bringing them back to life. An excellent story, I hope will get updated soon with a remake with a larger budget.

This comedy became an instant classic upon release. Starring Ice Cube and Chris Tucker this comedy with a good moral is worth checking out.







Hilarious comedy which helped sky-rocket Chris Tucker and Ice Cube's movie career, This great story of 2 ghetto cousins, packs colorful humor with heart warming family issues. Great film.

This dark film about a detective working on the infamous Jack the Ripper case. Johnny Depp and beauty Heather Graham star in this film which will drag you right into the eerie sinister acts which occured in this infamous unsolved murder case.

My favorite movie, I love the Sgt.'s brutal honesty in this great film.

Great bloody fights in the streets of New York, starring Leonardo DiCaprio. Great epic film with good gang fights and knife fighting excitement. Rather long for the average film, this film doesn't seem to be just shy of three hours in length. Great drama with good fighting.







Prepare yourself for a 3 hour epic movie that will not let you leave your seat. This is the ultimate vengence film as you follow Leonardo DiCaprio as an imprisoned orphan who returns to the Five Points district to kill the man responsible for his father's death. Excellent well casted film with enough blood and guts along with a under lying love story revolving Cameron Diaz makes this film an instant favorite.

Great futuristic sci-fi tale.

A love story of a man who gets killed and who's ghost makes its way back to protect his girlfriend. Great love story with a sexy pottery wheel scene are an added bonus. However, a possessed Whoopi Goldberg getting in on with hottie Demi Moore is kind of disturbing personally. Great film tho.

Great bloody touching Civil War film about the first platoon of African American soldiers. Lead by a white general this film is full of racial tension and bloody civil war battles at close range, this exciting war adventure culminates until its sad conclusion.

Great car chase flick. A remake was made which was also very good starring Nicholas Cage. However for the action aspect I chose the original as the final car chase scene is absolutely incredible.

Remake of the infamous car chase film. Starring Nicholas Cage this great remake was a great film. Although nothing topping the final chase seen in the original film with Eleanor, this sequel is quite the visual treat with an excellent supporting cast each adding their own sweet spice. A well written and filmed fast paced action movie, this among with it's father is worth checking out. Great police chases and car heists.

This is a classic 80s children's adventure. You'll fall in love with these fun goofball characters as they search for a lost pirate's treasure to save their town.

This hilarious film is a movie I can watch over and over again and still laugh. The cast in this film all have their moment when they steal the show with their one liners. Great funny film. Buy it.

Dave Chappelle and Jim Brewer are absolutely hilarious in this stoner comedy. These friends team up to sell stolen weed in order to bail out their imprisoned friend. Funny stuff, a must own.

Harold and Kumar star in another hilarious stoner comedy. With a hilarious cameo by Neil Patrick Harris this comedy is one worth buying.

Excellent martial arts epic starring legend Jet Li. Excellent film about an amazing kung fu assassin.

These are great films. A child out smarting incompetant robbers equals great family fun. I've seen Home Alone 1-3. I've yet to see Home Alone 4 but the first and second ones are classic. Great Christmas-time family fun.

Great stoner comedy starring Method Man and RedMan.

I suggest watching the special edition of this film as there is a way better ending on that version. All in all a cool version of an apocalyptic zombie flick starring Will Smith.

Will Smith versus killer robots! Yes it's as cool as it sounds. Great special effects and plot in this interesting flick.

Great characters and a great adventure plant this series solidly in the top 30 list. Complete with the added bonus of Ice Age's infamous nut-chasing squirel short films, these family films are full of fun and adventure for the whole family.

What a greatly written story this one is. You won't expect the what lies at the end of this great thriller. Prepare to be on the edge of your seat awaiting it's exciting conclusion.

Excellent sequel to the comic book hit Hulk. Starring one of my favorite actors Edward Norton this film is way badass. The Hulk is sweat. Every boy's dream, to be able to smash anything. Great comic brought to life film.

This film is a great action adventure with eye popping special effects and a great story. In my opinion the best written comic book story brought to the big screen film, this great film is a must own.

I laughed so many times in this movie I'm unsure why. Kind of a stupid funny movie, I had to put this movie on the list for it's highly enjoyable. Co-starring the super talented Christopher Walken and jaw dropping sex goddess Brittany Daniel you'll enjoy this flick.

This film is a classic sci-fi action adventure with stunning visuals of a cloned dinosaur park gone haywire. Great series to own.

Any of the four exciting Indiana Jones should sit on this list. Temple of Doom is my personal favorite but any are good adventure mysteries to watch.

Well, to start of with I guess there's been a series of these films. I've only seen the first one and it has remained a favorite of mine since seeing it in the movie theatres when I was a child. A touching adventure with fun and exciting dinosaur baby characters, this film with win or your heart and possibly bring a tear to your eye.

Great sci-fi thriller starring Pierce Bronson as a video game comes to life and threatens to take control of mankind. Great film.

Great touching story starring Brad Pitt and Anthony Hopkins. The poor luck and turmoil this family overcomes will bring a tear to your eye.

Plenty of colorful characters and catchy songs, this film will become an instant favorite.

Rick Moranis singing and Steve Martin is a Whip-It using women abuser add the the bonus of a giant talking carnivorous plant.

This series seemed to continue to get better as they released more titles and the older and wrinklyer Bruce Willis got. However I chose the latest title for this list to represent the kickass Die Hard series. "Yippie Ki Yay Mo" check out the whole series and enjoy Bruce Willis proving himself as an action superstar. I'd like to see Stalone versus Willis in a cage fight. That'd be extremely entertaining.

These hilarious characters make this movie larger than life. This film takes an exciting, hilarious story and fills it with the colorful voice talents of an excellent cast. David Schwimmer, Ben Stiller, Jada Pickett Smith, and Chris Rock are a few of the hilarious talents behind the excitement behind this film. Currently there's a sequel in theatres now which looks equally good. This is a must own DVD.

Badass bodyguard Denzel Washington in this touching story of a man who'll give it all up to save the live of a little girl. Great film.

OMG this is almost too funny.

Kickass unique film which transformed action films forever. Starring Keanu Reeves this thrilling sci-fi action flick is visual explosive and very entertaining.

Jim Carrey has a hilarious dual personality counterpart in this side-busing comedy.

Hilarious sequel to Meet the Parents. See Robert DeNiro in a rare comedic light and he nails it. He's funny as hell along with Ben Stiller.

An excellently written and filmed psychological mystery/thriller about a man with no short term memory who is trying to track down his wife's murderer. His only clues are tapes, notes, and tatooes of information written on his body to aid him in this crime mystery. This is a must see film.

Touching story of an African American amputee sailor as he fights to be able to remain able to do the only thing he's ever been able to do, dive and swim. Touching story starring Cuba Gooding Jr and Robert DeNiro will have you cheering and crying until the end when you realize it's a true story and it makes it all that much better. Excellent film.

Great family film following an adventure of a pug and a farm cat.

Tom Cruise stars in this futuristic sci-fi mystery where murders are predicted my a government run organization run by Tom Cruise. When he's forecast to be the next filler, he fights against the system he helped create to prove the existence of a Minority Report which proves the system is glawed. Decent film with some good special effects. Film would have flopped without mega-star Tom Cruise.

Great caper movie starring Tom Cruise. Three have been made. While all were unique and separately enjoyable, I prefer the rope scene and other excitement shown in the first.

Another prize film of Pixar, this monster sized family film with make the whole family smile. Definately a must own movie.

Sandra Bullock stars in this detective thriller. Two smart high school students try to execute the perfect murder. Sandra Bullock stars as the cases lead detective. Being an kidnapped attempted murder survivor herself, Sandra Bullock battles past demons as she tracks down this killer.

Great twisted psycho serial killer film. Quite the trip either sober or otherwise. Well shot, unique vision making it an instant cult classic. Unbelievably amazing film.
