Ocean's Thirteen (2007, PG-13)
What can I say? I really had a great time watching this film. It was just so cool and really very funny. For most of the film I just wished I could be half as cool as the guys. It really was a great guy film, with no romance which you don?t always need. Al Pacino is really great and George and Brad are just too cool for school. Yes I know this type of film had been done many many times before, and will be done for many more years to come but I just had a really good time |

Blades of Glory (2007, PG-13)
I went into this film expecting I good old laugh and thats just what I got. Man this is such a funny film. Sure the plot is very thin but some times you don?t need it. With so many off colour jokes which I love to death. Will Ferrell is a little hit and miss for me, but this time he has hit a real winner. Comedy really is my type of film, as I really do love to go and just laugh myself silly at the films. This film really delivered for me. Plus the great way they used the Queen song "Flash" Brilliant! |

Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007, PG)
I am sorry to say but I really didn't hate this, as mush as I felt I was going too. For the first 30 odd minutes I found the film really boring and the jokes just made me mad. The final hour I found not too bad. The silver surfer was really cool. Plus the voice of Laurence Fishburne was quite nice. Still it would be nice to have some more of these comic book movies go a little bite darker, but I really can't see it happening. Plus sorry to say but I didn't find Jessica Alba all the hot in this film, I know who am I to judge. I hope they don't make a third one, but as this one will properly do well at the box office they will have to make another one. Still the little kid in me still had some fun with this film. |

Well going into this film I was expecting a lot. So in many ways it delivered but in out ways I was like ?what the hell is going on?. The way the film is done really looks great and I would love to see more films done like this. Some of the story went a little over my head, but once the film was done I was able to reflect and get a grip on the film. Robert Downey is his usual self and that?s why I love him, plus Woody Harrelson dose a really nice job. Also it?s great to see Winona Ryder who you really don?t see that much of these days, which I a great shame. I feel that if i see this film if I see it again, it will grow on me but we will soon see. Worth a view. |

Little Miss Sunshine (2006, R)
Man what can I say, I really loved this film. Such a great story filled with great performances. I had myself a great laugh with this film. Plus many moments almost brought a tear to my eye, which doesn?t happen much for me. I really fell in love with all the characters and just really felt like jumping off my seat and helping them push the car up the hill. I felt like this was a family that were really different people but at the end of the day they really card for each other. This film will be very hard for me to beat in the years to come and I can see myself going back time and time again to get to the little miss sunshine contest. Speaking of the way they had the young girls done up, and I mean young. Really opened my eyes. Coming from a place were you really don?t see things like that, really made me upset that this really goes on. They really are almost making these girls grow up far too quickly. My heart goes out to them. |

To tell you the truth, I went to watch this film because Ricky Gervais was in it. I have also not watched that many Christopher Guest films. I didn?t laugh as mush as I was hoping but the parts I did where really great. Ricky didn?t show up on till 50 min in the film, but once he did I could not stop laughing. All in all in was a ok film and had enough to keep me entertained. |

ONE WILL STAND, ONE WILL FALL! Man did I stand. This was one of the best action movies I have seen in a long, long time. I did grow up loving the toys and that help out a bit. Optimus Prime also has always been a little bit of a hero of mine, and this film just made me want to get up, and fight along side him. Some times I do like to make fun of Michael Bay but I have to say that this time he has made a good fun film. This is the type of film I could see again and again, but I think I will just wait for the DVD. Still I would have loved to see Optimus Prime coming out to ?You?ve got the touch?. So there really is More Than Meets the Eye! |
