A unique movie that plays backwords! If that's not enough to make it worth your time, the ending (or should I say beginning) will leave you breathless!

The Sixth Sense
A classic scarey movie with one of the most amazing endings ever written!
7
Unbreakable (2000,  PG-13)
Unbreakable
Absolutely incredible! Very shocking and haunting ending!
8
Secret Window (2004,  PG-13)
Secret Window
An improvement on the Stephen King short story. If you haven't read the story, see this movie first! It's unbelievabley twisted!
9
Fight Club (1999,  R)
Fight Club
Shockingly vile and profane, brutally hilarious, and incredibly mind blowing (literally)!
10
Saw (2004,  R)
Saw
A very good movie! It's not all that gory either, along the lines of Seven, but still by no means for the faint of heart.

An excellent twist which is spoiled by the fact that there are three Saw movies already. An awesome ending you have to see to believe!!
11
The Ring (2002,  PG-13)
The Ring
A eerie suspenseful movie with an incredible score! This supernatural thriller/mystery delivers the goods all the way till the haunting ending!
12
Stay (2005,  R)
Stay
Incredibly mind blowing! Hard to get your mind around but when you do it is amazing!
13
Frailty (2002,  R)
14
The Machinist (2004,  R)
The Machinist
A great movie that keeps you wondering what's going on untill it's amazing conclusion!
15
The I Inside (2005,  R)
The I Inside
A great movie that thinks outside the box!
16
Mindhunters (2005,  R)
Mindhunters
Will keep you guessing to the end! (unless you know the psychological thriller movie rules) Surprisingly violent, not for the weak of stomach.
17
Hide and Seek (2005,  R)
Hide and Seek
Practically a rip off of another great movie, which I will not name to keep the ending secret for people that have seen the other movie. But on it's own terms it is a very good shocking thriller.
18
What Lies Beneath (2000,  PG-13)
What Lies Beneath
This was a very suspenseful movie even though I guessed the psycological twist at the end.
19
Stir of Echoes (1999,  R)
Stir of Echoes
While it had some suspenseful parts, it did not hold my attention the whole way through. It had too much sex and nudity. Kevin Bacon just irked me and he was irrationally irrational. I don't recommend this movie.
20
Primal Fear (1996,  R)
Primal Fear
It wasn't a very good twist really. But then again there's not much you can do with legal thrillers. In the end he's either guilty or not guilty. Just Cause was much better because it didn't have all the nudity and sexual content.
21
Just Cause (1994,  R)
22
High Crimes (2002,  PG-13)
23
The Life of David Gale (2003,  R)
24
The Usual Suspects (1995,  R)
25
Dragonfly (2002,  PG-13)
26
Jacob's Ladder (1990,  R)
27
Murder in Mind (1997,  R)
28
The Ninth Configuration (Twinkle, Twinkle, Killer Kane) (1980,  R)
29
The Other (1972,  PG)
30
The Skeleton Key (2005,  PG-13)
31
Saw II (2005,  R)
Saw II
You can definately see the series getting more violent in this one. I think this movie may be the place where I quit the Saw series. This one is a really good movie if you can take the violence, and it's ending was just about as good as the first!
32
The Invisible (2007,  PG-13)
The Invisible
A very good movie. It was really sad, though.
33
First Snow (2007,  R)
34
Fracture (2007,  R)
Fracture
The movie was a suspenseful cat and mouse thriller. Although it didn't have a big shocking twist at the end, it did keep you wondering how in the world he was getting away with it.
