Grease (1978,  PG)
Grease
I wish I was Rizzo sometimes! A ballsy brash lady... Just for the day of course. Can you believe Olivia was sewn into those trousers at the end? Mad!
2
The Jungle Book (1967,  PG)
The Jungle Book
Classic Disney at it's very best. One of the best Disney films ever! Gotta love the songs!
3
Disney's Aladdin (1992,  G)
Disney's Aladdin
Maybe my favourite Disney film. Robin Williams is genius, as are the songs.
4
The Sound of Music (1965,  G)
The Sound of Music
Maybe the best musical ever. Makes me wanna dress like a nun and run through the hills!
5
Labyrinth (1986,  PG)
Labyrinth
Just one of the best films ever for anyone to watch. The effects, make-up, songs... Just watch it if you haven't!!
6
Mary Poppins (1964,  G)
Mary Poppins
Classic! Everyone has to love the Poppins!! One of my favourite when I was a kid, and I don't think this movie will date to be honest.
7
The Wizard of Oz (1939,  G)
The Wizard of Oz
One of the best musicals ever. I want some ruby slippers and my own pet munchkin!
8
Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (1971,  G)
Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory
Much better than the crappy Johnny Depp remake. The Oompa Loompas and their songs are far superior, and Gene Wilder's Wonka doesn't seem paedophilic unlike Depp's.
9
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (1968,  G)
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
One of the best musicals ever made. Amazing songs, and amazing fun for everyone. I still laugh and cry absolutely every time I watch it. That bloody Child Catcher gave me such nightmares as a kid!! Lolliops anyone?
10
Sister Act (1992,  PG)
Sister Act
Definitely one of the best family films ever. Wicked, and shows the genius of Whoopi.
11
Moulin Rouge! (2001,  PG-13)
Moulin Rouge!
Baz Luhrmann is an absolute God for bringing out one of the most amazing musicals ever, and inter-mingling lines from some of the greatest and most entertaining songs of our time with an amazing love story. Brilliant.
12
Billy Elliot (2000,  R)
Billy Elliot
A brilliant movie turned amazing West End musical. Simply brilliant. The launching pad of an actor that continues to astound me.
13
Bugsy Malone (1976,  G)
Bugsy Malone
Just a complete classic. I fell in love with this film when I was younger, and it's still as brilliant to watch as it always was! If you haven't then watch it now!
14
Bedknobs and Broomsticks (1971,  G)
Bedknobs and Broomsticks
I remember just watching this again and again when I was younger, and for good reason. I watch it even now and can't help but love it. Angela Lansbury as a witch! Come on now!
15
The Little Mermaid (1989,  G)
The Little Mermaid
Classic Disney with brilliant songs. Under the Sea is Disney magic at it's best. Entertainment for anyone.
16
The Nightmare Before Christmas (2008,  PG)
The Nightmare Before Christmas
Agh... The genius of Tim Burton!! If you wanna watch a Xmas movie then forget The bloody Grinch!!
17
Little Shop of Horrors (1986,  PG-13)
Little Shop of Horrors
Well, I was on stage as Orin the Dentist so I'm a bit bias!! Definitely a bit of room for improvement, but great entertainment!
18
Team America - World Police (2004,  R)
Team America - World Police
This film is bloody hilarious. Puppets that have sex and shoot each other. So wrong it's right!! I just feel sorry for Matt Damon...
19
Grease 2 (1982,  PG)
Grease 2
Okay, it may not be the original, but come on now... It still has amazing songs, and Michelle Pfeiffer. I love it! Reproduction is a hilarious song.
20
Hedwig and the Angry Inch (2001,  R)
Hedwig and the Angry Inch
It's only some of the songs that let it down, but seriously... A brilliant modern musical with an original storyline. Sugar Daddy is the best song in the film!!
21
Camp (2003,  PG-13)
Camp
It's hilarious, and camper than a row of pink tents in a field of pansies! I absolutely love it. If you ever wanna watch a movie just for pure entertainment then this movie is for you! And don't be surprised if you fall in love with Vlad's character, or even a few of the others just a little...
22
School of Rock (2003,  PG-13)
School of Rock
Classic Jack Black. Good stuff! Like Sister Act, but with rock and without nuns!
23
Connie And Carla (2004,  PG-13)
Connie And Carla
This movie got totally slammed, but it is highly enjoyable fare and great entertainment. I say watch it... You might just like it!
24
Rent (2005,  PG-13)
Rent
I was really worried that this movie wouldn't do the stage musical justice, but I wasn't disappointed at all! This movie is brilliant and stays true. Rosario Dawson, and the actor that plays Angel totally steal the film for me. They are amazing! I blubbed like a little baby, just like when I see the show!!
25
West Side Story (1961,  Unrated)
West Side Story
One of the best musicals ever made based on one of the best love stories ever told. This is a total classic. The dancing is better than you will see in any other musical bar none, and the songs are amazing. If you haven't watched it then what planet are you living on?
26
Chicago (2002,  PG-13)
Chicago
I loved the way that this movie managed to capture the stage while bringing in the natural elements. It makes it different from most film adaptions of stage musicals. The performances are amazing as are the songs, but if I hear that bloody Mr. Cellophane song once more I'm going to wrap a whole roll of it around my head. Auto-asphyxiation... Nice.
27
The Producers (2005,  PG-13)
The Producers
This is a good film. It's not a great film, but it's good. It is hilarious in places, and some of the music is brilliant. It just lacks something extra for greatness. Good performances, and a good movie.

South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut (1999,  R)
South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut
Saddam and Satan are soooo frikkin cute together. How can you not love them? *sniff* And we see Kenny as himself without a psycho hoodie? Oh my God... Ground-breaking film-making with amazing songs!! LOVE IT!!!!

Reefer Madness - The Movie Musical (2005,  R)
Reefer Madness - The Movie Musical
This film is ridiculous, and bloody hilarious, with a proper, brilliant repertoire of original songs that make it one highly original musical! I adore it! Bloody hilarious, and based on a cult classic film to warn parents of the effects of marijuana on their kids from way back! Check it out! You'll wet yourself!!

Cote d'Azur (Crustaces & Coquillages) (2005,  Unrated)
Cote d'Azur (Crustaces & Coquillages)
This brilliant movie is better known as 'Cockles and Muscles' in the Western world. This film is bloody brilliant. All the characters are hiding secrets pretty much and they spin a complicated web with their relationships and issues. It's funny, yet serious at the same time! I laughed out loud when there was a musical number at the end!! Just bloody brilliant. I'm definitely going to buy it!
31
Romance and Cigarettes (2007,  R)
Romance and Cigarettes
You have NEVER seen a musical quite like this, and you have definitely never heard Kate Winslet say such filth in an English Essex accent! Just brilliant! The musical numbers are very random at times, but that just makes me like the film more. It's kooky! A little bit of a shame they didn't do more with it really!!
32
High School Musical (2006,  Unrated)
High School Musical
Definitely one of the most enjoyable movies you will ever watch! Albeit a very cheesy one, but hey, it's Disney. Very easy to fall in love with either of the leads. They are both stunning and endearing. If you wanna feel warm and fuzzy then watch this movie!
33
Mrs. Henderson Presents (2006,  R)
Mrs. Henderson Presents
Very funny, yet touching at times, and a brilliant slice of entertainment. I've always been intrigued by burlesque, and some of the images remind me of that. Oh yes, and can I have Will Young for Xmas please? Thanks....
34
Happy Feet (2006,  PG)
Happy Feet
This is one of the best family movies you will ever watch. It's a great movie with a great message, amazing animation, wicked soundtrack, and may well be one of the cutest movies you have ever seen. It's also really funny. If you haven't watched it yet then what are you waiting for?!
35
Music and Lyrics (2007,  PG-13)
Music and Lyrics
Very cute movie! I love Drew and this was a really original concept. Definitely one to check out if you love Rom Coms.
36
Robin Hood - Men in Tights (1993,  PG-13)
Robin Hood - Men in Tights
This movie is bloody funny. The song they sing is bloody hilarious as is Rabbi Tuck, and there are just pure beautiful slapstick moments. Definitely one to keep you and your family laughing. If you haven't seen it you don't know what you're missing...
37
High School Musical 2 (2007,  G)
High School Musical 2
It really is pure unadulterated cheese! It's also camper than the whole cast of Priscilla Queen of the Desert singing YMCA. So much pink, and I'm sure Shar's bro must be gay! I hope so. Thoroughly enjoyable tripe! Not as great as the first though.
38
Oliver! (1968,  G)
Oliver!
This really is a classic musical. I love it. I love the character of Nancy the most probably, but the most fun about this movie is singing along with certain songs! I love a bit of Oom Pa Pa!! The one thing that is a shame is that Mark Lester who plays Oliver isn't the one singing and it is pretty obvious! But it's still brilliant & a classic!
39
Hairspray (2007,  PG)
Hairspray
I was so worried at the beginning as it started off quite slow in a way, but as a movie and as a musical it got better and better. The songs got better, and the characters got better. I was loving John Travolta as Edna Turnblad, although I was really confused as Edna sounded exactly like Dr Evil from Austin Powers!! Anyway, this movie is colourful and is sheer and absolute entertainment. Brilliant.
40
Enchanted (2007,  PG)
Enchanted
I honestly didn't think I'd enjoy this movie just as much as I ended up doing! It really is complete and thorough family entertainment... There are references that anyone can understand, and the fact that it is a Disney movie that takes the mickey (if you'll excuse the pun) out of itself is fab! The songs, the chipmunk, and the outright cheesiness are sheer brilliance!

Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (2007,  R)
Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street
I am so fricking pissed off!!! This movie could have been so much more than a sadistic "Oliver!" but to be fair... It still isn't. I understand the BBC version far better. This is just a bitter disappointment. Seriously.... Entertaining and good, but not as great as it should be. Amazing art direction, with the most irritating songs where everyone refers to each other's bloody names.
42
August Rush (2007,  PG)
August Rush
Talk about disappointed... What could have been a great movie really was pretty awful. This could have been great, but I just didn't believe any of it, the ending was not as climactic as it could have been and it was altogether disjointed. Also, I hate it when Robin Williamsd plays a bad guy. It makes me uneasy.
43
Dreamgirls (2006,  PG-13)
Dreamgirls
I really wish that the first half of this movie was as great as the second half or second third. I find it incredibly dull until then. Jennifer Hudson is deserving of that Oscar as she wipes the floor with anyone else in this film. She was phenomenal, and her singing just makes my spine tingle. Worth watching, on only for her!
44
Tenacious D in: The Pick of Destiny (2006,  R)
Tenacious D in: The Pick of Destiny
I bloody adore this film! If you need a good pick me up... This is it! Music and comedy of the highest order! F**k you if you don't like it!!!! I'M A ROCK GOD!!!
45
High School Musical 3: Senior Year (2008,  G)
High School Musical 3: Senior Year
As usual it is cheesier than 6 month old unwashed foreskin, but it put the franchise back on track. This is really great fun, with some brilliant sequences, and in my eyes may even be better than the first one. Zac is as drool-worthy as ever. Everyone in the cinema got excited when he took his top off revealing his back! Sadly he never turned round!
46
Mamma Mia! (2008,  PG-13)
Mamma Mia!
This movie is pure clean entertainment, and doesn't try to be anything else! A musical with Julie Walters and Meryl Streep?! It had to be good really! Shame Pierce Brosnan has to open his mouth, but it's colourful, vibrant, and camp... A lot like me really...
47
Victor Victoria (1982,  PG)
Victor Victoria
This movie is just phenomenal! I was laughing throughout, Julie Andrews and Lesley Ann Warren were phenomenal, and deserved their Oscar nominations for their roles in it, the music is brilliant, as is the story-line. This movie is so risque for it's time what with a certain epidemic coming out at the time. Now one of my favourote movies for originality and brilliance...
48
Camp Rock (2008,  G)
Camp Rock
This movie is cheesier than fifty unwashed fore-skins... It kind of grates like cheese in certain places too because of that fact. It's being a modern Cinderella-type tale, and as usual there is a thoroughly mean blonde girl, so it's not very original. It's ok though. Made more watchable as the only attracitive Jonas brother is one of the leads!
49
The Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975,  R)
The Rocky Horror Picture Show
This movie is simply one of the most entertaining of all time. Completely colourful, outrageous, and with fantastic costumes... Who can't relate to that? That's pretty much my life. The confused look on my little sister's face as she asked me questions about it made it even better! I can watch it again and again, if just for the sheer fact that it's Tim Curry at his sheer genius best...
