Love Actually (2003,  R)
Love Actually
I like this sort of movie where everyone in the movie is connected somehow.
2
Dog Park (1998,  R)
Dog Park
One of the characters has this theory on relationships - something about not missing the chance to hook up when opportunity presents itself or else you will have to wait six weeks until the next set of breakups occur.

This movie is about different relationships with the dog park as the thread that ties the story together.

Babel (2006,  R)
Babel
The name of this movie makes sense. If Babel means a layering of story on top of story, the movie Babel fits the bill well. It took me a while to figure out how the four stories were related. Besides the shot that starts it all, what is the theme that connects the four stories?

Happy Endings (2005,  R)
Happy Endings
Its a funny movie -- a bunch of characters intertwined - gay and straight, honest or not. Perhaps it was too late in the evening when I watched it, but I was having troubles with all the connections even though they do their best to explain them to you.

Saving Face (2005,  R)
Saving Face
I liked this movie. An interconnected set of NYC people dealing with relationships, prejudice, bias and Saving Face.
6
21 Grams (2003,  R)
21 Grams
A story told in little snippets. Certainly one of my interconnected list.

Short Cuts (1993,  R)
Short Cuts
I think one has to see this movie more than once to catch all the connections - there are a thousand interrelated stories (with an unbelievable large name cast - usually these sorts of movies feature unknown actors). I enjoy this type of movie. Now I need to see Magnolia.

The Red Violin (1999,  R)
The Red Violin
An interesting movie that follows the life of a 17th century violin through its many owners across centuries and continents, all tied together by the words of a soothsayer.
