Field of Dreams (1989, PG)
This is a very interesting movie. About a farmer who keeps hearing voices from his corn field to build a baseball field. Once he does then ghost of baseball players come to play once more. The film stars Kevin Costner. He gives a decent performance. With a decent story and supporting cast made for a entertaining film. Well worth a watch. |

School Ties (1992, PG-13)
This is a good film. Has a great young cast of big name stars before they were well known. Your typical story of someone different then the rest of the norm and trying to fit in due to their race or religion. Also a story of boys learning what it takes to be a man. Brendan Fraser is excellent in this. So is the rest of the cast. A film worth watching. |

Chasing Amy (1997, R)
A classic by Kevin Smith. The Jason Lee character Spanky is my favorite in this. Very funny and great cast. The film had a great blend of story with humor, romance and drama. Ben Affleck Jason Lee and Joey Lauren Adams all give great performances. This film makes references to the previous films Clerks and Mallrats. So if you have not seen them give them a check out as well. Overall this is worth a watch. |

A break out performance for actor Matt Damon.A great story showing a young but brilliant man not living up to his potential. Untill he meets Robun Williams character. The film is also about friendship and love. The film has a great cast. Matt Damon and Ben Affleck wrote a great story. With a great story and cast makes this a must see film. So how do you like them apples! |

Titan A.E. (2000, PG)
This is a solid animated adventure about a man who has to save the human race from a enemy alien species. He must find a ship called Titan A.E. before the aliens do. The film has some nice animation and a solid story. The film also has a good voice cast with Matt Damon, Drew Barrymore and Bill Pullman. The animation is about the same lines as some other Disney films. Worth checking out if you like sci-fi adventure films. |

Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back (2001, R)
If your a fan of Kevin Smith movies then this is a must see. A very funny film. Takes the two characters Jay and Silent Bob from the other Kevin Smith movies and makes them the stars of the film. I personally am a fan of these characters and the other films. They touch base of previous films with also some other characters from those films as well. The film has tons of cameos. The humour is crude but done very well. I always get a great laugh watching this film. |

Stuck On You (2003, PG-13)
This is one of my least favorite of the Farrelly brother movies. The film is funny but I didn't find it as funny as their other films. Sure it has some very funny scenes but overall I expected something more. Matt Damon and Greg Kinnear are conjoined twins. Kinnear wants to become a actor in Hollywood. Of course his brother stuck with him must go and help him live his dream. This of course leads to many funny moments. Worth at least a one time watch if you enjoyed other Farrelly brother films like Kingpin or Something About Mary. |

The Bourne Supremacy (2004, PG-13)
This was a good sequel. Matt Damon is still great as Jason Bourne. I still enjoyed the first film more though. This film still had some great action and fight scenes. The story just takes up right after the first film. So I would not suggest watching this film before the Bourne Identity. Or you could get lost with the story. Overall though this is a top notch action thriller. Well worth a watch. |

Ocean's Twelve (2004, PG-13) |

The Brothers Grimm (2005, PG-13)
Not a bad action fantasy movie. But I expected something more. Not sure what though. Maybe it was the flow of the film. Decent performances from Heath Ledger and Matt Damon. The F/X and the plot is decent. Has a good supporting cast. Maybe I expected more after watching the trailers for this. It is worth checking out. If your a Matt Damon or Heath Ledger fan then I would give it a chance. |

The Departed (2006, R)
Martin Scorsese seems to always direct great films with a all star cast. Great story and character's. Great performances all around. It's hard for me to pick someone out of this film who stood out as the best. This film may not be for everyone. But the story and characters are so good that I can't think why anyone would not like it. Plus a ending I didn't see 's coming. Great film for a cop or mob film lover. Another classic film brought to us by Martin Scorsese. |

The Good Shepherd (2006, R)
This was a excellent film directed by Robert DeNiro. Matt Damon gives a top notch performance in this film about the beginings of the CIA. The film is not your usual spy thriller. It shows the character development of Edawrd Wilson from a young man to joinging the CIA and then having a family of his own. But never being able to discuss his life or show any real emotional to friends and family due to his job in the CIA. The film is long but woth watching. Plus a great supporting cast with Robert DeNiro, Aneglina Jolie, Joe Pesci, William Hurt, John Turturro, Alec Baldwin and Timothy Hutton. A great film for those who would enjoy a spry thriller mixed with a bit of drama. |

The Bourne Ultimatum (2007, PG-13)
A great third film for the series. This one was better than the second film. But the first film I find is still my favorite. Great action scenes and story. Matt Damon once again is excellent as Jason Bourne. Plus you learn how he became a killer in this film. Has a great cast. I like how Julia Stiles character had a bigger role in this. Overall a great action suspense thriller to watch. |
