I love Michael Bay films for what they are: loud, fast and explosive movies that don't require much thinking to enjoy.

The Rock 5.0 Stars
One of the best action movie ever. Seen it dozen of times and never get bored of it. NEVER....well so far.

- Good cast: Nicholas Cage and Sean Connery having a good chemistry, Ed Harris brings some depth as a villain and even Michael Biehn was cool for a short while.

- Exciting action scenes: the hummer vs Ferrari chase, mine cart gun fight, shootout at the end.

- Heart pumping soundtrack: Easily THE acton movie theme for me. Dundun Dundun Dun DUN! Dundun Dundun dun DUN!!

Armageddon 4.0 Stars
Yeah I know, it's Michael Bay. Yeah, Bruce Willis didn't like his daughter's boyfriend at the beginning, so lame. Oh yeah, he sacrificed himself, so cliche.

But this is an entertaining movie and I never get bored of watching it. And this movie introduced me to many stars when I was a kid: Ben Affleck, Owen Wilson, Steve Buscemi, Michael Clarke Duncan and William 'underrated' Fichtner
