Get Carter 3.5 Stars
A lot like many other crime films of the seventies except maybe for the ending.

Sleuth (1972,  PG)
Sleuth 4.5 Stars
Great acting, just like watching the play on screen. I like that they kept it very close to the script. This is a great story.

California Suite (1978,  PG)
California Suite 2.5 Stars
Stories centered around people who stay at a certain hotel, but none of the characters ever meet? Then, there's a lot of dialogue, which I found to be meaningless and unfunny. The only actors who had interesting and funny characters were Pryor and Caine. I would not recommend this movie.

The Dark Knight (2008,  PG-13)
The Dark Knight 3.0 Stars
This movie has three great points: action, suspense, and acting. It also has three bad points: serious story flaws, Christian Bale as Batman, and the horrible ending. Plus, I beg you, Nolan, please include characters not seen before in previous Batman movies, it's a lot more interesting that way. On a good note, this is an improvement over Batman Begins. I could say a lot more, but I don't want to spoil it for people who haven't seen it yet. As a major Batman comics fan, I say you can enjoy this movie, but you risk getting your Bat-history screwed up (thanks to both Nolan and Schumacher, I should add).
