Cillian Murphy was brilliant in this movie about the Easter Rising. A truly beautiful movie.

Bette Davis is excellent as always in this great but creepy movie. Anne Baxter is also good too but is so creepy I hated her.














Bette Davis acts excellently as always in this 40's classic. Anne Baxter was also very good but terribly creepy. Thelma Ritter was great as Bette Davis' assistant.

The main cast in this film was great, but who really stood out for me was Rachel MacAdams as Regina George, the terrifyingly horrible popular girl who we've all had in our schools.
The way she acts all nice and interested is so convincing, but she's obviously not genuine. It was a great part really. I think in a way, Cady was the worst character in this film, because, like her friend Janice said "at least Regina and I know we're bitches, but you act so innocent...but you're a mean girl", and it's the truth. The only thing worse than an obvious bitch, is an 'innocent'one. Mark Waters directed this very well, as though he experienced it himself. The way he shows the girls giving 'sly eyes' to each other, in a subtle to most, but obviously to you kind of way. Truly excellent. Very well written too.

Daniel Day Lewis is brilliant in this movie as the cold-hearted oil tycoon, who will knock down anyone who gets in his way, including the scarily real Paul Dano, who plays the preacher Eli. The exteriors, the music, the acting, the excellent script, everything about this movie was perfect.

This isn't a great film film, but it's hilarious! Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson are comic duo geniuses! Ben plays Derek, a stupid model who wants to find out who he is, only to come home to work for Mugati, played by the legendary Will Ferrell, the top designer, who secretly plans for Derek to kill the Malaysian prime minister. Derek must hide out in the most unlikely place, Hansel's{Owen Wilson's) house, which ensues a hilarious confrontation,which starts with Wilson saying, "why have you been acting so messed up towards me?" all seriousness. It has a hilarious outcome, and a reason this is one of my favourites is because of it's amazingly hilarous script!
Hansel, he's so hot right now, Hansel.







Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson are absolutely hilarious in this screwball comedy about how stupid Will Ferrel is also hilarious as Mugatu, the crazy designer.

This was an incredibly scary movie.

Hilarious isn't a good enough description of what Brendan Fraser was in this movie. He took comedy to a new level. the script was unbelievably funny. Alicia Silverstone wasn't great in this film, her acting was edgy, but again for her, the script held her up.
Christopher Walken was perfectly cast as the genius, but nuts dad of Adam. The dance scene was excellently directed, showing perfect shots of Eve staring at Adam with jealousy. I love the script, and Adam first experiences 'upstairs', such as when he says "oh my lucky stars, a negro!" His eagerness about everything was so charming and mannerly, you couldn't help but loving his character. I love the soundtrack as well. I think the best line in this movie was what Christopher Walken said to the barman upstairs, who took Walken to be God, and that this line had biblical meaning, chanted, "leave me elevator alone!" Legend













Brendan Fraser is hilarious as Adam, a thirty five year old man who has never been outside before because his father thought that a bomb was going to hit their house. Adam meets Eve{Alicia Silverstone} and instantly falls in love with her, though it takes longer for her to realize that she loves him too. This is an incrediby funny, but under-rated movie, with excellent acting all round, though I must say, Fraser was probably the best. Fraser's role as Adam is one of the funniest I've ever seen, a definite must-see for all those who love to laugh.

This sweet comedy stars Alicia Silverstone as the spoiled Cher, who suddenly realizes she should try and help people, starting with the new girl at school, Tai{Brittany Murphy}, Cher tries to make her popular, and, to Cher's disapointment, Tai ends up more popular than Cher herself. The script was great, and the acting was good. It wasn't brilliant, but this movie is so sweet that I can't say anything bad about it.
The script really holds this film up, with great lines like, "it does not say RSVP on the statue of liberty." A perfectly cast film, though Paul Rudd is a tad old to be dating a 15 year old in it, he's nonetheless cute

Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson worked very well together, the script was fantastic, the scenery was gorgeous and the music was beautiful. The only bad thing about this movie was that Colin Farrell had an Irish accent because he sounded really stupid with it.

Nicholas Hoult is great in his debut role as the geeky but totally sweet Marcus, who is worried about his suicidal mum, Fiona{the brilliant Toni Colette}. This movie is really sweet, and Hugh Grant and Nicholas Hoult are great together.














This is a really sweet and funny movie with great acting by newcomer, Nicholas Hoult. The character Will was made for Hugh Grant. Brilliant.
