This movie is the best Tim Buton's movie ever...Good lyrics, Wonderful Actors, Helena Bonham Carte is a great actress and her role makes the movie even more increible, Johnny Depp is the bloody barber is perfect, all dark and perfect as Tim Burton's previous movies except with the fact this movie is bloody, and the turntail ending is just the perfect ending of a masterpiece..This is totally one if its not the best movie of the year...I totally love it, i cant wait to have it on DVD and watch t over and over...I really hope this year the Academy Awards give Best Director to Mister Tim Burton..HE DESERVE IT...this movie is a masterpiece since Edward Scissorhands

Such a disturbing film!
this movie gives us a total different view point about fast food...and it works...I totally like Paul Dano's performance along with Avril Lavigne's..the mexican border part its so real and stil so sick bcuz they like to believe everything its perfect but its not!
oh and ill never a hamburger as i used to be after Paul spitted on the hamburger meat!

It's a simple quote but it has a lot of meaning, specially in some of teenagers life, even though this movie is not about acceptance its about find yourself and you can feel it throguht the whole movie.

The actings are unbelivable, you play the movie and you don't feel like you're watching a movie, you feel like living inside this mental hospital....
THIS IS A HUGE CINEMATIC SUCCESS!

I still wonder why this movie didnt even were Best Movie nominated, its a hundred porcent better than American Beauty, and I am an American Beauty fan.

Excelent film about power and how you suffer when you get it!

Daniel Day Lewis do a great job as the arrogant and selfish Daniel and we can see through all the movie how become to a common and ordinary man to a monster.

Paul Dano hit the teather again with such a performance, a grown up role after his incredible (on my humble opinion) performance on last year great movie "little miss sunshine", he plays as a priest who try to humble Daniel's heart of stone but he can't riding to the movie greatest finale, becoming one of my Academy Award Nominee favorite because this movie is better than No Country fot Old Men

The only thing I dind't like about the movie, it's the missing score, they don't use a lot of music in the movie, so it's more real but made it seem a little longer that the movie really is...
But the movie is great, the direction's wonderful and the cast a hit..

I heard of this TV mini-series when I was looking for Emmy Nominees and i get a copy of this BBC Video production...
I like Pride and Prejudice BBC Video production so I knew before I even play the first episode on my DVD Player that it's going to love it....
And I wasnt mistanken, excelent plot, the background is astonishing...all the clothes, and furnite, they are so lovely and really show how it was to live inside this peculiar community...
OMG we have Imelda Stauton back in track as this innocent and cute old lady after her release as Dolores Umbridge (you know Harry Potter Movie) but in this role really show her neat and sometimes naive side...
Barbara Flynch's great, Judi Dench have a 5 started performance...
All the cast is supreme and brigthen!

After I saw a comment on one of my list about this precisely movie..
I took a time to watch the original version instead of the newer version..
It costed me time but I get it and sorry to the ppl who believe this movie's one of the greatest Charles Dickens' adaptation (I read the book and i like it) but I didnt like the movie...it was borring and long..yes it's a classic bcuz it's ancient and dont get me wrong some of the performance were out of the common behavior but i believe (in my humble opinion) it has something missing that the book has...
I dunno what but it does have!
maybe the way how you feel the kid's pain or Im not sure but its a normal movie to watch it on the tv when nothing it's on but expending 3 weeks trying to get a copy for watch it..

This movie is good in someway and bad in other way!
I saw this movie because I am a huge Oscar Wilde's Lady Windemire's Fan play's fan and even its an old movie, i got curious about how they turned this funny play into a motion picture...
Well they did a good job some how...its modern, and its took from Erlynne view point of the story instead of Lady Windemeire's original version....
They are more open minded into sexual situations as in the play has no sex at all...
But the movie doesnt take a lot of informations as the original play had and its not in Londo as the play instead the movie in Italy..which is a great place but I prefer London...
I didnt like the soundtrack...
so I rather say you should watch it
and make your own comment!

I totally like it and Im glad to say this movie is better than the first one, the four girl looks excelent, the only thing i didnt like about the movie was the writters chopped all the 3 left books into a single two hours movie, I mean Come ON every book deserved its 1:30 hour movie, wel anyways, whats done its done.

This film is totally intesting, I waited time to see this movie because i wasnt sure this movie is gonna good, but when i see a trailer I give it a chance, and didnt dissapointed me, it has wonderful dialogues, it was agressive but real, really intriging...
The only probelm i had with this film was actually the ending, it wasnt good, it was absurd I mean i know what's the right thing to do but its not always best thing, it frustrated me, but the movie was really good...

Im a twilighter so it means my comment about this movie is gonna be based of something i like very much, and it wont be as criticial as someone that havent read and love the books may comment but still...
This movie is really good, they added a lot of stupid situations that dont happened on the book, like the shine thing, or the conversation in a breakfast dinner, and the long hair comment, I TOTALLY HATE THE DUDE PLAYING JACOB, its absurb, doesnt have what the book describe and hes like whatever, the thing i totally love about the movie is the fact they qouted some really meaningful dialogues between Edward and Bella, like the so-called "And So The Lion Falls In Love With The Lamb" among others, that was great.
The music was really good, I like Bella's lulluby, and the fact they use Muse and Paramore songs, the ending was perfect, Victoria in the end was really forecasting, and they were screaming I going to have a sequel, wich is good because im interesting how the second book is gonna see in the big screen.
It wasnt better than the book but you wont be desappointed on the adaptation...

The Best movie of the year.. so far.. I totally love this movie, it was brilliant, artistic and incredibly tender, Firstly, I believe this movie is going to rock the '09 GGA and '09 Oscars, Secondly, I love Cate Blanchett but i wasnt sure how Brad Pitt's performance and Im gonna be honest, it was great (the little part i didnt like was he isnt that younger to act as a 20 year old) and the music is perfectly placed on the right way to travel through the story, An absolute piece of art!!

My answer came a few minutes after the movie started, this movie is real and maybe we are tired of hear and see America so this film shows how hard the life is but you should never loose your faith, incredible performance (by greatest unknowned actors), great story, the music is incredible and I definite believe Slumdog Millionaire should win the 2009 Best Picture Academy Award...
