This live-action and animated movie listings are based on the European comic books (Franco-Belgian, Belgian, British, Italian and more..) from past to present. It is a generalized terms for comics produced in Continental Europe.
An okay action-adventure of a suave, psychedelic-era thief, based on an Italian comic book, outwits the police and government agents assigned to catch him in a garishly coloured playful spoof.
This sci-fi is based on a French erotic comic, Barbarella's a secret agent of the future, a "five star, double rated, astro navigatrix, Earthgirl" to be precise. Wild and inventive production design, bizarre costumes and a cheesy Euro score all scream one thing: cult classic!
These Gaul characters are so hilarious that give me great memory from reading Asterix comic books when I was a kid - very familiar. Roberto Benigni is quite funny guy and Christian Clavier and Gerard Depardieu make their fantastic performance as their title Gaul hero roles.
This French adventure-comedy movie reminds me in my childhood based on the comic book. When I looked at Bellucci is so beautiful and sexy in her Cleopatra costumes.
This new adventure of Asterix film is delighted, exciting and funny. It seemed a bit familiar to based on the comic book, but very different story. I see when Obelix (Gerard Depardieu) helps Assurancetourix (Franck Dubosc) to make romantic poets in front of Princess Irina (Vanessa Hessler) that reminded me in Depardieu's 1990 movie Cyrano de Bergerac.
Brutus was so hilarious as a Roman loser that made me laugh heaps. And Clovis Cornillac as the title role is average and I liked Christian Clavier the best in the sequel movies.
