Mio min Mio (The Land of Faraway) (1987,  Unrated)
Mio min Mio (The Land of Faraway)
My father read this aloud for to me when I was a kid, and I still remember the bikeride up the hill to see this in the cinema.
Perhaps I should leave this with the fond memories and not watch it again?

Watership Down (1978,  PG)
Watership Down
Even though this "childrens film" only adapts like half the book, it still holds a special place in my heart. I'm pretty sure I have the video or dvd lying around somewhere, but I'm afraid to watch it again. Afraid that it won't live up to my memories....
Or perhaps I'm just afraid I'm gonna cry like a little boy like I did when I was a little boy.

The NeverEnding Story (1984,  PG)
The NeverEnding Story
This movie is the first half of the book, and the sequel is the second half. I didn't even like the sequel very much as a kid, so perhaps I should leave this one well alone...
