romeroes great film from the 80s it just shows what happens when you just dont fucking care anymore and thats the art of it...really explores savinis work as a artist just wonderful!

this was the second horror film i got to see in theaters when i was a kid "dating myself a bit here.." but i will never forget it....the blood...the screams...the bruce campbell....god i fell in love with him that day and its still in me now!

very fun classic 80s zombie flick it didnt go on romeros turf and was the first to have running zombies...hear that kids!? first! not fucking 28 days later or other bull shit like dawn remake!

ok ya know what? fuck this movie... i do like some of danny boyles films and i do LOVE the look of this flick but jesus its not a work of art...in general its a romero rip off with running zombies... how you say? let me explain... the shoping scene "dawn" the milatary "day" the scenes of confusion with the main charecter "night" and of course... the chained up zombie....and wait...THEY WERENT ZOMBIES!....they dont even eat you...only good thing was the film stock they used to film it and the music...other then that...peace oh shit...

ok im going to be open here i hate star wars....and dont go with the becuase your a girl deal "for gods sake i grew up on troma, star terk and bruce campbell along with the stooges and orignal buck rogers!" but i had always heard this movie was trash...so in my mind i thought id give it a shot and all i must say is WOW the movie is the most amazing thing i have ever seen lucas touch. it was moving... and very heartfelt "good god i just used that word...only for movies do i do it.." but it shocked me just such a good movie from lucas without the cheesy dialoge...it makes me wonder...what happen to this lucas?... he says it holds a special place in his heart....so i beg...if you can see this lucas...make another movie like this...and give me like me some thing els to love from your career.....maybe even a howard the duck 2?...maybe thats asking to much.

in a world where theres split camp on best werewolf movie in 1981...for me...hands down...this one wins its got funny moments a GREAT transformation...and a great director...sure acting is a bit flat...but...when isnt in john landis films?...such great work from rick baker... and griffen dunne is just oh to funny when he is "the undead"
