21 Grams (2003)

So what's it about? The effects that people can sometimes unknowingly have on each others lives and how they are connected in more ways than one.

My thoughts on the movie? An exquisite assault on the mind and the heart. This movie has to be understood in order to be loved. Fine performances from every member of the cast. Very well thought out and superbly told story. Has it's very own feel making it very unique and an excellent part of the trilogy.

Along Came a Spider 3.5 Stars
Entertaining thriller with a decent plot and interesting twists however i did feel that it lacked a bit of fluency and consistency so it didn't really feel like a complete story but still a decent watch :)

Desperado 4.0 Stars
The movie didn't have anything in particular that stood out as being great but what i did have was a bit of everything; from action to romance and even some good comedy, it is a really cool film that i think anyone can enjoy with Antonio Banderas giving a very likeable performance and Salma Hayek was stunnning go on just give it a go.

A teen horror movie with a bit of a difference, the acting was poor but the story and the kill scenes where enough to keep me mildly interested so 3.5 stars from me :)

Well Well Well another dissapointing gangster flick i keep saying to myself before i watch a gangster flick there has to be atleast one of them that is actually good and deserves it's high ratings but i am yet to see one, i just don't know what it is about gangster flicks that people seem to love i really wish someone would tell me because maybe i missing something, The acting was probably the biggest downfall of this movie i just found Ray Liotta and Joe Pesci hugely irritating but even De Niro wasn't as good as he usually is, another thing about this movie and all other gangster movies is that they rely too heavily on one or two shooting scenes which normally involves someone being shot in the head and then apart from that the whole movie is just boring and uneventful, i think i have seen all the gangster flicks i need to see now to be able to say i am not going to watch another one unless a new one is made sometime in the future which i may consider watching but i hope there isn't because it's just not something i am interested in :(

Not the greatest movie you will ever come accross but it did its job in that it was entertaining and comical, obviously Will Smith makes the film his own and without him playing the star role the movie would suck big time but he just makes Sci-Fi movies look cool :)

So what's it about? In Mexico City, a former assassin swears vengeance on those who committed an unspeakable act against the family he was hired to protect.

My thoughts on the movie? Again this movie just shows the versatility of Denzel, from father figure to brutal killer. Awesome. Full Review Coming Soon!

Memento (2000)

So what's it about? A man, suffering from short-term memory loss, uses notes and tattoos to hunt for the man he thinks killed his wife.

My thoughts on the movie? Exceptionally unique and very interesting. A very mentally challenging movie just like a puzzle. Brilliantly directed using a style i have never seen before in any movie. Simply amazing performance by Guy Pearce. One of my most favourite movies. Simply put it defines the word "Masterpiece".
