Bridget Jones's Diary (2001,  R)
Bridget Jones's Diary 5.0 Stars
I was not a big Zellweger's fan until this movie came out. This is so funny, Hugh Grant is charmingly adorable as the "bad" guy. The fight scene is really funny. The way the movie is narrated makes it even more funny because you realize everything that's going through Bridget's head. I'm a big fan of British humor and this is clearly one of it's best examples

What an awesome concept! The way this movie is shot and the way Guy Ritchie did the close ups was what I loved the most. Not only is Brad Pitt smoking hot in this movie, but his irish accent is spectacular, you really can't understand what he's saying. This movie is one of my favorite and I can watch it all day long

This is what a funny movie is supposed to be like, is funny but not ridiculous, it has a great actress and the Michael Jackson scene makes you want to forget all kind of inhibitio0ns and start dancing too. I think that this movie is trying to teach us that no matter how old you are, everybody has a little kid inside, and sometimes is fun to let it out and not care what people might think about you

300 3.5 Stars
The only problem I had with this movie was the fact that the hype before it came out was so big, I had huge expectations, and I hate that because no matter what you're always going to be dissapointed. Dissapointed I was, yes, it's a wonderful cool action movie, but I was expecting more. The special effects and the whole feeling to the whole movie was great, as everybody knows, and very original and groundbreaking. The fight scenes were awesome, you could actually feel the pain of those hits, extreme realistic. My favorite part was the ending, extremely unexpected. Worth owning and watching often

Bridget Jones - The Edge of Reason (2004,  R)
Bridget Jones - The Edge of Reason 3.0 Stars
Hugh Grant is adorable as always. This movie is good, but sadly, when you compare it to the first one, you're left expecting more. It seems that at certain parts they tried way to hard, so hard that it was not funny, aka, Thailand. The only thing better in this sequel is the fighting scene, makes your tummy hurt from all the laughter, watch for the fountain scene

Will Ferrell is a comical genius!! See the bloopers and the deleted scenes so you can see all the improv that he does. He's fantastic and everything he does is just so damn funny. This is hilarious, if you have seen his Robert Goulet stuff, you will see a lot of familiar stuff

I saw this movie being promoted on Oprah (I know, I'm pretty pathetic) and it sounded as it was great. The cast also tricks into thinking this movie is worth watching. For me it was not, I thought it was pretty lame and pathetic, not to mention boring. The only time this movie caught my attention was when (**SPOILER**) Alec Baldwin kicks the "pregnant" girl

Mathew Perry's prime time wasin friends. In this movie he's not the least bit funny, even Bruce Willis is funnier than him, and that is not much. This movie lacks a lot of things but the most notorious part is what I just mentioned, I can't believe they actually made a sequel

I was kind of dissapointed with this movie because it's kind of dull. Robin Williams as always is just brilliant. Even though this movie is kind of dull I can watch it over and over again because it has a lot of small little details and gags that when you discover them you get a good chuckle out of it

Saw the Fight Club, Secret Window similaritiets since the beginning so the end was no big surprise. Still, this movie is pretty creepy and keeps you on your toes. The amount of weight that Christian Bale lost for this role is amazing, almost as creepy as the mopvie
