The Lord of the Rings - The Fellowship of the Ring (2001, PG-13)
I was completely blown away by this one. I wish the other two had been as good. |

The Lord of the Rings - The Two Towers (2002, PG-13)
I wanted to love this movie as much as I loved Fellowship, but they just botched this one horribly. Even if I hadn't fallen in love with the books 25 years before the movie was released, I would have been disappointed in this one. Despite that, I'll still give it 4.5 stars just because it's The Lord of the Rings. |

It won 11 Oscars (a clean sweep) for a good reason. I still prefer the book, though (too many bad changes). |

One of the best movies ever made. The cinematography was beautiful, the acting was superb and the soundtrack is famous for a good reason. All around, a stunningly beautiful movie. |
