ah.... john carpenter's film filmed in widescreen wonderful! and you can truly see where his love started it seems the two major films that influinsed this were rio bravo and night of the living dead and he combined it with good old fashion 70s low budget action! and the brith in a way of snake plisken if you look at the main guy for a few seconds... sure might be a little corny why they have to stop but hey its still a great film with one of the most shocking moments... i tell ya they never shot a little girl in the remake and unlike the remake this DIDNT!!! fallow the hollywood deal of bad cops bravo john bravo!

if you think about it it is kind of a creepy idea for a film a cop on a killing spree in some where like new york or la i mean come on....your spost to trust cops not get killed by them!.... so i felt it was written well and directed well and hell...it stars bruce campbell...how can i complain?!

when i heard all the shit reviews and how is crashed at cannes i didnt know what to expect some thing that sucks or some thing cool plus i HATE justen timberlake so it was...a feeling i had...not a good one....so i poped it in the dvd player and sat there and watched it and heres what i have to say....WOW fucking amazing think pulp fiction with a werid sci fi twist! its just amazing and the cast wow so many faces hey look eli roth in a cameo the rock prooves his acting skills in this sarah micheal geller plays such a stupid yet smart bitch at the same time sean william scott in dual roles is this is his best YET! and justins dead pan voice over is amazing "this is how the world ends....this is how the world ends..."
