This movie is bloody wicked!! I think I'd rather see Alex Rider than James Bond anyday. A young guy kicking serious butt! Definitely a wicked movie that is well worth anyone that hasn't checking it out! It's definitely worth it!

I was worried this may not live up to the first one, but honestly... I think it is far superior!! The graphics, and some of the comedy action sequences are second to none. I'm so impressed I'm biting my knuckles for number three!!!!

This may be one of the best Sci Fi movies you will ever watch. It's simply brilliant. It ticks all the boxes for me, and carries straight on from Firefly, which is a series that should never have been cancelled. Action and fantasy galore. Bloody watch it!!

This movie is completely f**ked up, but in a good way! It's sick as hell and I love it! The characterisation of Ichi is just bloody amazing. There's something sexy about Kakihara which is also weird. It lost me in some places, but gore-alicious I say!

This film was totally ground-breaking for it's time. Freaked the crap out of me as a kid, but also put so many cartoon characters on one screen whilst intrigating the real world with the cartoon world. And tell me straight boys... Do you wanna put one in Jessica??!

Whoopi Goldberg, and also Oprah Winfrey... Both show just what amazing actresses they truly are. The book is one that really touched me, and unlike some screen representations this is a beautiful, touching, deep movie. Needs to be watched.

The performances in this movie are totally amazing from Guy Pearce to Ray Winstone to Emaily Watson to the lesser parts. It's incredibly bleak, and makes you cringe at times, but hey, life isn't always pretty and wasn't when and where this film is set. You may not enjoy this movie, but it doesn't stop it from being a downright honest and brilliant piece of film-making.

One of the best movies I'd seen in a long time. Watching each member of the family struggle with their own demons after the death of the oldest son is just amazing. They are all completely different characters with their own slight similarities. It is really funny in places and completely poignant. Sigourney Weaver and Emile Hirsch steal the show and rightly so. I actually thoroughly enjoyed it! It has a great B List cast and is incredibly original in a way, using computer graphics so much. I alwfays loved this one death on one of the Nightmare On Elm Street movies where a kid is sucked into a game, and this kinda reminds me of that. Worth checking.

This is one of the sweetest foreign movies I have seen in a long time. It has a big heart. It's like a grittier 'Ma Vie En Rose'. Much better characters and actors. The lead makes you realise how beautiful he is without hardly trying, although he does have more mince than the local butcher's!! Brilliant.

This movie has a lot more heart and soul than Flags of Our Fathers. It shows the Japanese showing more mercy than the Americans which was surprising, although not at the same time. It shows the futility of war when one nation is a giant compared to the other. You can relate it to any war you like. I love the bleakness of the cinematography colours too.

I was so worried at the beginning as it started off quite slow in a way, but as a movie and as a musical it got better and better. The songs got better, and the characters got better. I was loving John Travolta as Edna Turnblad, although I was really confused as Edna sounded exactly like Dr Evil from Austin Powers!! Anyway, this movie is colourful and is sheer and absolute entertainment. Brilliant.

Bloody brilliant martial arts action movie. One of the best I have EVER seen, and if you think you could have fit any more action sequences into this movie then your nose must be bigger than Pinocchio's! Keeps you gripped from beginning to end with an amazing amount of gore and awe-inducing sequences. I cannot fault it!

Wow!! You could not wish to see more special effects in a movie. Completely jam-packed, and if you tell me you got bored watching it then there is something wrong with you! It is a stunning action film. The only thing lacking for me was not seeing enough of the Transformers' personalities. That's a small shame...

This may be a generic slasher, but it was actually pretty good in my eyes. A bit of a classic. There's no real explanation for why the guy is picking off the girls, until the end when he's telling a girl "You know you want it..." with a big drill in his hand. Very phallic. It's almost as if as he kills them he is violating them, but the penetration is with an actual weapon. I just found the analogy interesting. Anyway, if you like classic horror then don't miss it!

It's an animated mockumentary with such comic humour I wanna kiss Chicken Joe before I turn him into nuggets. Wow! David Morse is generally scary as the neighbour in suspicion. Definitely an amazing drama/thriller. It actually scared me more than most horrors and is a brilliant concept! What would I do if I was under house arrest? Probably go insane! I definitely wouldn't spy on mnay of my neighbours as this neighbourhood is dull! Sheer genius though!

This is a completely original fairy tale I was thoroughly impressed by... Really enjoyable from Ms Danes as a star in human form to Mr DeNiro as a gay pirate. Great fun, great effects, and yet again Ms Pfeiffer makes a great b***h, and Charlie Cox is a loveable nerd. Brilliant casting.

This is the daddy of all horror sequels! Even better than the first in my opinion. The body count is higher on both sides, the deaths are some amazing effects, and it has the ultimate original story-line. Bloody brilliant! And I mean BLOODY!!

This is a great re-invention of Halloween. It was really great to see some more of Michael as a kid and trying to get your head around how he works. Has a really great cast and Rob Zombie has shown himself to be a great horror director once more! If you're a fan of the original and want to stay true I understand, but this is equally as brilliant and definitely worth a watch...

This is a movie that is completely original and entertaining! Hilarious points to it, and great mix of characters and gore! There are times when it pays homage to movies like 'An American Werewolf in London' with the effects amongst other things, but bloody brilliant and a complete riot! I honestly didn't think I'd enjoy this movie just as much as I ended up doing! It really is complete and thorough family entertainment... There are references that anyone can understand, and the fact that it is a Disney movie that takes the mickey (if you'll excuse the pun) out of itself is fab! The songs, the chipmunk, and the outright cheesiness are sheer brilliance!

I'm concerned as to how in a world of cars the first one came about and how they pro-create, but just genius in every other respect! The clips in the credits were even funny, and I loved the character of Mater. Good clean fun you can definitely watch time & again!

Wow... Heath Ledger is absolutely phenomenal in this movie. Talk about leaving this planet with a bang. I thought Brandon Lee in The Crow did that in style, but Heath gives us a Tour de Force as the ultimate Joker. This movie brings it all... From Bale's brooding Batman once more to Eckhart similarly rubbing Tommy Lee's Two-Face into the dust. More disturbing, dark, and brilliant than any of those earlier Batman films... Sheer genius of comic hero perfection...

I actually thought this wasn't bad for a generic teen slasher! The acting was bad from some of the actors, but the make-up and killings were pretty good, if a little predictable sometimes! I loved the lesbian beating up the killer until she got skewered with a coat hanger! Worth it just for that I think! Plus, I love Rebekah Kochan after Eating Out!

I'm not a big Rom-Com fan, but I adore this movie... Where can I get a man crying over me?! *sniff* No, really... Great concept and brilliantly pulled off. Even I'd go for the receptionist..

People can diss this sequel as much as they want, but I am now officially a fan... It goes the comic route, but in a good way... Bit like an Evil Dead. It's not the original, but I'm guessing it's nowhere near as bad as a number 2! I thoroughly enjoyed it! Great banter. Some good characters, some bad acting... Genius! I've had a few ass blasters in my day anyway!

I think Will Smith & Charlize do a pretty bloody good job in this. It's a really enjoyable twist on the superhero yarn... I do think that even more could have been done to be honest, but it's great fun, and definitely worth watching again, if just for the effects.

The casting is genius... Jeff Bridges as I've never seen him before, and Robert Downey Jr is amazing. The sequences are brilliant, but is it selfish that I wanted just slightly more?! This movie takes no prisoners... Even though the whole of Scotland is imprisoned within itself! If you worry about getting bored in a movie... Well, you don't have a chance to in this one... It is phenomenal... I can even let slide that while one faction ends up being cannibalistic punks the other have reverted to medieval times, because this is an action movie tour de force with a hell of a lot of guts (literally!) and well worth a watch!

Well, he definitely left me with a point at the end! Angelina and James are so sexy my groin hurts! The effects are amazing, and the premise is cool. The movie itself is very cool, and full of action... Though, more is Wanted!

There are some brilliant camera shots in this, and it has the most eclectic soundtrack I've heard in a while. Gabe Nevins plays the moody skate-boarding lead really well (although I'm guessing it wasn't a stretch), and is scarily beautiful. You can't help but want to watch him. Very interesting drama... But it does has dull points where you're willing something to happen!

This movie just gets better and better... If you want a horror that could genuinely freak you out, and you don't mind it being world cinema then take a chance on this. It is filmed incredibly well, and blows Blair Witch & Cloverfield well out the water with hand-held freakiness! A couple of jump out your seat moments too, but I'll leave you to find them... Genius!

This movie did keep me guessing, and made me a bit schizophrenic myself, as I wasn't quite sure where Milo's character was going as he got darker, and the other main actor was going right over the edge. At one point I was worried about a Fight Club ending, but actually the last half hour of the film, and the ending redeemed it no end! Just wish we could have got to know Alyssa's character a bit better!

It's weird, because I started the film wishing it was the real actors... I know the motions and faces pretty much were, but then why go to all that trouble to turn them into near-flawless animation? A story I've wanted on screen for a while and after watching this maybe it wouldn't have been so great another way. Pretty amazing, and a sign of our times.

I was laughing throughout, Julie Andrews and Lesley Ann Warren were phenomenal, and deserved their Oscar nominations for their roles in it, the music is brilliant, as is the story-line. This movie is so risque for it's time what with a certain epidemic coming out at the time. Now one of my favourote movies for originality and brilliance...

This movie was a nice surprise... Angelina's name drew me to it, and watching it I realised it must have been when she had her lesbian relationship, as the girl is in it. The characters are really good, Ms Jolie's breasts look amazing (haha!), and you can see similarities between her character in this and her Oscar-winning performance in "Girl, Interrupted", but it's a good gritty drama. Girl power I say!

I had to watch this movie for nostalgia purposes, and Alf the alien is still as funny as he always was! Rocket the robet is also comedy value in this movie spin off. It's a shame all the human actors weren't so great... Especially MartinSheen as the Colonel who holds Alf completely responsible for his mother's demise. He was pathetic. But if you want some cheap giggles at Alf's humour it's great fun!

I always forget just how much I love this movie! Goldie at her best. It's silly, but something you can watch with your family and be entertained and feel nice and warm and fuzzy after... Bless...

If you want a movie that makes you laugh out loud throught then this is definitely the one for you! The potty-mouthed kid will keep you with a smile on your face, while the role-player is so endearing you wanna give him a hug and go fight some battles with him. Loving it...

I love to see women give a man what he deserves! A woman scorned and all that... Especially after Stuntman Mike has committed such atrocities and ends up screaming like a girl! It's poetic... There are really drawn out parts, but I understand why after the Grindhouse movies had to split in two! Brilliant gore effects and fast stunts... Definitely edge of your seat stuff at times...

Sparkle is a hidden gem that I stumbled across! Stockhard Channing, with Anthony Head as her gay brother?! And the lead guy is doing her and her daughter! That's a crude explanation! But it's just a brilliant romantic drama, and I adore it!!

I watched this beautiful movie in 3D and wished I was closer to the screen, but this film still amazed me! Bolt may not be a robot, but he has me barking mad for him, and I want a hampster like Rhino! He's hilarious! Brilliant movie!

Just Wow... You have so many mixed feelings watching this movie it's intrue. It is deeply and darkly funny, yet completely tragic in places. Colin Farrell is genius in the role, and you root for him, not matter how much of a twat he's acting. Complete bloody movie genius... And he totally hates Bruges! I can vouch it is one of the most beautiful cities in the world...

I actually really enjoyed this... It's a nice heart-warming rom-com that you can snuggle up & watch & have a bit of a giggle. I want to know if someone that wedding nutso actually exists? Well worth a watch.

Yes, I knew I was still a die-hard Trekkie. This movie has given me faith again! This has got to be one of the best Sci Fi movies ever made! I was completely impressed with it... Every single second is well done! Chekhov shouldn't really have been in it if we're being accurate to the original series, as the insertion of his character upset Shatner back in the day, but other things were hinted at, and this was a parallel universe where circumstances have changed so I'll forgive it!! MORE PLEASE!! Much more!!

This movie is bloody genius! I loved it! I don't think I have ever jumped so much watching a film! It is pure cheese in places, and quite gratuitous, but it completely works. You don't need to take it seriously, because it doesn't take itself seriously. The bitch fight between Christine, and the old woman is cinematic gold... Reminiscent of the fight in Death Becomes Her. This movie is a must-see! Just make sure you take a valium first...

This may not be in quite the same league as "Battle Royale", but it's a similar vein of movie, and actually thoroughly surprised! I thought any movie with "Stone Cold" Steve Austin & Vinnie Jones was gonna be for complete meat-heads, but think I was proved wrong. It is well made, full of action, and gore, and even has some heart and soul in it. Bloody good! Literally...

This is a seriously feel good movie, and you completely warm up to loving it. The girl that plays Georgia is endearing, and the guy that plays her love interest is beautiful. Just a really good movie that's suitable for most to watch!

This was one of the best rom-coms I've seen in ages. All the different characters & their different issues and entanglements gave it a believability, and you're rooting for the characters throughout. A stellar cast and a great script means it is well worth sitting down with some friends and a cup of hot chocolate to watch this.

I was pleasantly surprised by this film. I thought it was going to be far more cheesy than it actually was! Absolutely amazing effects, and constant non-stop action, and good characters. I would have loved an older glassification & making it slightly more gritty and adult, but hey... If you want action then this is your movie. Definitely a film you can lose track of time watching! And the eye candy is always appreciated...

This is a bit like X Men but without the silly costumes! I actually really enjoyed it! Some say it's flawed, but compared to crap like Jumper this is a brilliant sci fi movie, and quite original. I hope there is a sequel, because I love the darkness in this movie, and the bit of history. Definitely one worth checking out for any sci fi fan.

Wow. This is a coming of age story you have never seen. This is a vampire movie you have never seen. It is a foreign film du force. Just unbelievably good with young actors that bring it to life. Poignant, pale, and abosolutely poetic. I can't praise this movie enough. You watching it is the only justice.

One of the best Brit horrors I've seen in a while! The cast is hot, the deaths are bloody, and some parts are a bit comical. Like Marmite you'll either love it or hate it! It's Skins meets any teen slasher! If you killed yourself after being bullied at school, wouldn't you reek revenge on your attackers? I would. Enjoyably evil.

Wow! The reviews and the Oscars don't even do this film justice. It's really empowering to watch the story of someone like Milk, who campaigned so much for not only us gays, but all minorities. It's people like him, and the gays involved in the Stonewall riots that paved the way for us to be so much luckier today and not have to hide in the woodwork. I wasn't a Sean Penn fan at all until watching this film, but he embodied the real-life character he played. From smiling to anger to crying... This movie brought out every emotion. Phenomenal.

This movie is just so bloody wrong it's right! Definitely an original concept... Vagina Dentata... It's like having a built-in chastity belt! This movie is funny, spiteful, and genius! But as a guy, you will be reaching for your ging gang goolies... Watch it and giggle.

This is a completely epic war movie... Visually stunning with amazing characters. The battle sequences are second to none, apart from the fact you can get confused as to which side you are watching, or which section of the allies is fighting. That does make it more confusing. The various ways in which each side strikes an attack, from sending their typhoid-inflicted dead, to collecting the oppositions arrows by getting them to shoot at them, were just sheer utter genius. This movie is a sensory tour de force.

Funny, unpredictable, and just downright enoyable.... Definitely one to check out if you haven't!! Full of stupid but great elements. It's the main characters and their friendships that make it. You kinda wish you were part of the fun.... Without losing part of your ear...

Wow... Kids really can be scary... And this movie proves it. Village of the Damned and The Exorcist eat your heart out. Bit more the girls in The Shining. FREAKY!! SO well edited it's untrue. Makes me think twice about working for Disney again. It's ashame it's not explained why all this is happening, but I applaud this film, and thought it was sheer genius.
