Let me state, first of all, that I believe it's a beautiful movie, to which every hearted movie junkie can love and appreciate. The plot's simple: a boy falls in love with movies, and develops his love throughout time, while keeping a beautiful friendship with the projectionist of the local movie theather. The magic of this film is the charm of getting identified with the characters, their happiness and their sorrows, and their ultimate loyalty to cinema. Besides a tender story, which balances humor and nostalgia, there's the gorgeous score by Ennio Morricone, (my favorite of his), which has the magic of supporting the image and story. This is a wonderful celebration to cinema, and honors everything that makes me stay in love with movies.

Intereting story, great performances. The photography and illumination fits perfectly the story, and the music matches up the movie's mood. The story develops fast, it makes its point without getting overdramatic, yet goes at the right pace, the right time to express. Well structured, and just as tender as it can be, without getting into a depresive state. Really good movie, with the rights darts of feeling at the right time.

Just left me speechless. Bardem's creepy performance, and the beautiful photography and patience of the movie is just awesome. The story's really well-developed, and the lack of dialogues helps create both the suspense as well as the characters. A dark, realistic film, with lots to offer.

This is a real and true masterpiece. It's amazingly done, innovating, and, hey, it's a silent film! Thing is, I adored this film, because of its achievements and contributions to cinema. Besides, it's a classic. And the soundtrack I heard with the movie was just amazing. I haven't seen enough silent films yet, but, as far as I've seen, this is one of the best I've seen so far. For your own sake, SEE IT!!!!! ^^

Wow. This is a very interesting and brilliant observation of a rather dark piece of Yugoslavia's history. The presentation of characters is very effective, and the performances were just as effective to support the characters and the script.
The clothes, the music, the effects and the very same script are excellent.
Kusturica brings a really moving and interesting film. It's ironic and satyrical, sometimes even absurd, yet, at the end, a very sad film.
Still, it's just brilliant.

(2007, PG-13)
It's amazing!
The score was so cool, and the ambient created are so familiar.
The script's marvelous, so biting and realistic. And the performances were great enough to pull off the wonderful script.
It's such a cute and sweet film, I adored it.

"Un dos tres, toco la pared. Un dos tres, toco la pared. Un dos tres, toco la pared......"
Excellent! The script is very well built, and it makes the suspense amazingly effective. The photography's beautiful, and the performances are both good and creepy. Geraldine Chaplin did really gave me some creeps, and the little boy with the mask on caused me one of the deepest sadness I've had in the last year, (counting all '07). At the end, it's a very enjoyable movie, both creepy and sad, yet amazing. One of the best ghost stories I've seen in years, if not the best.

Who said that running a casino's easy? A great film by Scorsese. Not only the script's awesome, but the performances were very very good. De Niro and Pesci give a solid performance, and I looved their voices in off telling the whole story. And it's all about money, right?

Damn good!!
The stetic, the photography, is one of the best I've seen. The use of colors to add ot take away significance or meaning is used correctly, without tiring your eyes or abusing from it. The multiple stories blend and mix perfectly, and each character is delimitated by their own fears and desires. They're complete characters, every single one of them, which is a great thing to acomplish with so many characters around. Each actor contributed to the cause by forgetting of themselves and become the character.
A revolutionary movie for the way of making films, and a new classic between film noris and guy flicks. And among my favorites, too. Favorite characters? Marv, Dwight, Gail, and Miho.

This movie impressed me a lot. Both Hopkins and Hurt are magnificent in their roles and the story's one of the saddest and heart breaking that I've seen... I'm foward to see more of Lynch's work..

What's amazing from this little german silent jewel is the whole solid scipt and the technical and visual effectss. Besides, it has one of the very first twists ever in cinema, and the whole movie's quite creepy and cool. Yeah, I know I'm commiting tons of judges of value and all, but I just loved it.

Excellent! The movie does present an interesting point of view during a war that almost no one considers: the people living in an asylum. In this case, we have a young and pretty girl that's convinced that she's Bryan Adams's girlfriend, and that has to take over the situation of all the inmates taking over the asylum, while a war's growing outside their beloved building. The script is magnificently written, with wonderful and loveable characters. The performances are convincing, and the edition and photography are great. It's a tragic and ironic tale, yet very human and sweet at the same time.

So awesome! The film surprised me with a well made story and nice use of technological effects, (I so want that suit), as well as a nice, realistic and witty main character. the whole concept of Tony Stark in the comics was excellently adapted to film. And, as a summer film, it's excellent to enjoy a very well done action flick.

Amazingly done, with wonderful and awesome performances by both Daniel Day-Lewis and Paul Dano. The score by Jonny Greenwood was just perfect for the movie. Excellent photography and costumes. The story focuses on the growing greed of one man and the repercutions that his greed brings to himself and all those around him, for good or bad. Very powerful and intense, this film surely is one of the best '07 brought us. Great!

This film started and it was shocking, this film ended and it was still shocking. The concept of the movie, and its allegory to real world and survival, is very accurate. A very odd, yet mind-blowing trip into a possibility on future. I enjoyed it throughly, and adored every minute of it.

This film left me, without a doubt, speechless. It's a strange, yet familiar, film about a lame gangster, dreaming to be Humphrey Bogart, and a newly independant little burgoisine gal. It's a story about that so well-known indecition, and about finding a new definition for love. The film has a lovely score, composed by Martial Solal, a beautiful photography, and a very ingenious script. The dialogs between Jean Serberg and Jean-Paul Belmondo left me breathless. It was just perfect. The performances by Mousier Belmondo and Madmoiselle Serberg were honest and utterly charming. Just beautiful!

Amazing!
The edition and setting of the 70's was very well done,(I loved it, and the pop culture references were great), the script was very convincing and structured, and the duel of performaces between Washington and Crowe were amazing. The score and photography were also excellent.
The only flaw I really noticed was the lenght of the movie, but, then again, it couldn't have lasted shorter; the timing and presentation of events were good and necesary of events to occur properly without holes.
A energy-filled film, with really good moves and action. Even that, the action wasn't overused nor the violence overexposed, and the right peeks to the junkies life, which is always a good factor for these kind of movies.
A very nice journey to see, (another good point), progress in drug dealing and mafias. :)

Excellent!
The script's wonderful, and the performances are amazing, and, must add, what a great cast of gals reunited for this masterpiece. The photography's amazing, ironicly full of bright colors. The soundtrack's great, too.
The film makes a very deep examination of women in complicated situations, all in the "controversial" Almódovar style. Yet, it's so heart-breaking, so realistic and cruel, that I loved it.

Historically accurate, I just couldn't ask more about this dark chapter in history come to life thanks to Mr. Hirschbiegel. The violence portrayed is as crude as possible, and Bruno Ganz does an awesome performace on the most hated 'villian' in history, Adolf Hitler. The film not only shows the German's war tactics, but also presents the characters behind all the drama and the film does well in humanizing these so hated and loathed characters. Guess what? Hitler was born human like you and I. Guess what? Hitler was not the worst of the leaders, and what he did was not as bad as the hitory writers, aka the winners of the wars, want us to believe. History MUST be revisted. Anyways, the film is amazingly done, and it does shows another side of this dark and creepy chapter in world history. Excellent!

Amazingly directed, great edition, and a really nice plot and acting. Violence as a problem in media is a very delicate issue to aboard in any kind of project, yet here it's well treated. A great film, made with maestry. Might not scare that much, but it's still impressive.

Amazing. The photography was breathtaking, the make up effects were really convincing, and the acting was superb. Both Bale and Crowe give amazing performances. Not much to say that everyone hasn't said yet, just recommend you, dear reader, to go see it if you haven't, you'll truly enjoy it. Note to self: YAAAY! II saw a western in theathers.....

Luis Buñuel's my new hero. Surrealism rocks.

Undescribable. Very ingenious, indeed. Geniality's presented in this film all the way. Character's are solid and charming, being my favorite Nobody, played by Gary Farmer. Beautiful photography in black and white format, very nice soundtrack by Neil Diamond, and a very peculiar cast. Excellent little jewel by Jim Jarmusch.

Cool! The first thing that amazed me was the characteristical Tarantino dialogs, and the interconnections in the stories. The acting was excellent by most fo the cast, and that's a pretty nice one there. The script managed to present different stories, and present the irony of life itself. Everything's interconnected. The little details, and the amazing dialogs, are the strongest part of the movie. And, O, looved the musical selection.
